I was given a room on the 1st level despite repeated request fir a room on the 3rd level. The room was very dirty, the bathroom was very dirty & the bedsheets/pillow case soiled.

I booked a room with window but I get the room without window but still need to pay the same price.

some more the room is smelly, got stains on the bed sheet… worst hotel experience I ever had in my life

Nothing tbh. It's cheaper than others but not really worth it.
The place doesn't feel safe and comfortable. Room is dirty and no toiletries, even the towel given to us was dirty. We decided to just check out at night.

Near with bazar karat n city square
1. Dont have toiletries like soap n shampoo
2. Dont have drinking water, cup and water heater.
3. Tv channel so bad.
4. Not safety becouse pad lock loose.
