If you want a big room with a balcony and a comfy bed and lots of pillows, free breakfast and parking ...then Howard Johnson is the place. More importantly, i keep coming back for the friendly staff. YOU WILL NOT BE MORE SATISFIED ANYWHERE ELSE.!! I never qrite reviews on anything but this hotel and staff deserves 10 star rating !!!⁷

Room was nice enough but finding the lobby was a challenge. Breakfast was cereal or boiled eggs. Of the whole it was fine; a decent value for the price

Writing this for my friend who stayed here for a night. She said the room is big size, super clean with new towel. Breakfast has very good variety and good coffee.
Will definitely come back.

This is a basic hotel when all you are looking for is a bed at night. Rooms all open to the parking lot, which can be noisy at times. As this is a an older building, there are no USB outlets, only regular 3 prong electrical outlets. There was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Breakfast was a bonus, consisting of bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and a waffle maker. The lobby is oddly located on the second floor, so anybody can go up the elevator without necessarily being observed by hotel staff. Bed was comfortable. If you're not into luxury, this is the place.

It was a shock to me when I first went to my room, very small, smelly, and not very clean. The staff was nice enough but there were no signs indicating where the lobby was (upstairs, after a long wait for the elevator). My room was very near a busy street, so lots and lots of noise. And couldn't they provide some plastic silverware that wasnt the flimsiest and cheapest available???

We had a family emergency and needed to make a reservation quickly and even though it took us some time to get in town and we had a late check- in, the staff were nice and understanding.

Beds were comfy and location is convenient but carpeting is old and there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom!

The hotel should let the guests know that they are renovating. The lobby was hard to locate, and the place looks run down. It was fine, but I wish I really had a clean floor in the room. The balcony was yellow taped and my daughter wasn't able to go out to enjoy the view. The receptionist is more focused on the money and procedures than the welfare of the guests. I was slightly disappointed.

The big shopping mall, good restaurants & fast food places are 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room, no. 322, was very CLEAN!

Clean, little old in bathroom tub, liked they put out enough tells for four people in a two bedroom. Movie channels just. Just a regular old TV. Continental breakfast was convenient, good.
