Rates are already high, don't charge for parking or continental breakfast. Lounge/bar not open during the day on weekends - boo!

The property is very outdated … I couldn’t find the toilet paper it’s hidden under the sink … there was an empty wrapper of toilet paper left in the cubby … I called down to the front desk and the staff very rude and sent up the housekeeper who showed me where it was .. we paid top dollar and this is like a motel 6 … there were burnt bulbs in bedside lamp and glasses next to ice holder were digustingly dirty … there wasnt even a refrigerator or microwave in room … bottom line staff sarcastic and rude when I told them of the problems . Save your money go somewhere else!

Didn't like paying $12 per night for parking. A giant, half-full parking lot, and you charged me 12 per night. That's outrageous, and I never have hade that anywhere comparable.

A bit dated but comfortable, unfortunately the 18 dollars for hot breakfast was about the same as cheaper hotels continental breakfast that's free. The pancakes were ice cold. Would stay again but not eat there.

This was by far the least clean property my family has ever stayed in. My son suffered a severe allergic reaction because our room was not properly cleaned. This is a pet friendly hotel, they failed to disclose that this room was used by pets and was not cleaned at all in between guests (we had no toilet paper). My young son had a severe allergic reaction. The were indifferent at best, to a young child. The management was not even present at the hotel. We called corporate to file a formal complaint.

Upon entering the room, there was popcorn on the floor, a bottle cap on the floor, hair in the corner of the bathroom floor, and a used coffee pod sitting in the coffee maker. I reported this to the front desk. They sent someone to clean. When we returned, the only thing cleaned up was the popcorn! I woke up two mornings in a row, unable to make coffee. The only thing they offered to do was wave the parking fee. I was told they couldn’t do anything more because I booked and paid through a third party.

The hotel was extremely dated. The carpet in the room was so old and had a ground in layer of dust and dirt along the edges of the whole room. My bed had a huge sag in it. Definitely overdue for a new mattress, carpet and furniture. There was trash outside in the parking lot and the charge you $12 a night to park at the hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, but this property is in need of a huge remodel.

The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Also, it was very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable, though. The air conditioning was amazing!

Unfortunately Microsoft crashed the day of our stay. We booked this place because it had a restaurant. We were on motorcycles and after long hot day. Nice just to stay put to eat. Not their fault. The restaurant looked like it was a nice place to eat.

Your desk clerk, Ben, was fantastic! He was super friendly and gave us some great advice for dinner in the in house restaurant (buffalo meatloaf with mushroom sauce) and it was EXCELLENT! The wait staff in the restaurant were great also. I think our server was Anne? She was warm and friendly without being annoying. Great food, peaceful and very comfortable stay. Only downside is the pool was closed but the fitness center was above average! We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Had to pay $10 to parkour truck, but it was to pay for a security guard to watch. We were comped the breakfast, but I can honestly say it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel!! Beds were clean, comfortable and nice pillows too!

Dirty old and run down. 1. Pool was disgusting and dirty. 2. Room had a dirty towel and creamers for coffee were actually empty and sitting in tray 3. No cookies available 4. Paid parking for self park. 5. Lied by staff about correcting parking charge. Worse doubletree visit ever

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really clean, the pool was especially great. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this place and stay here again.

The hotel was OK, probably wouldn’t stay there again since the rooms and hallways are very dated and the pool area seemed like it was kind of an afterthought. We stayed there off of someone’s recommendation and in hindsight there are other hotels that were cheaper which are nicer.
