Rates are already high, don't charge for parking or continental breakfast. Lounge/bar not open during the day on weekends - boo!

Great staff, very accomodating.. Room was clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the well stocked workout room !

Upon entering the room, there was popcorn on the floor, a bottle cap on the floor, hair in the corner of the bathroom floor, and a used coffee pod sitting in the coffee maker. I reported this to the front desk. They sent someone to clean. When we returned, the only thing cleaned up was the popcorn! I woke up two mornings in a row, unable to make coffee. The only thing they offered to do was wave the parking fee. I was told they couldn’t do anything more because I booked and paid through a third party.

The hotel was extremely dated. The carpet in the room was so old and had a ground in layer of dust and dirt along the edges of the whole room. My bed had a huge sag in it. Definitely overdue for a new mattress, carpet and furniture. There was trash outside in the parking lot and the charge you $12 a night to park at the hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, but this property is in need of a huge remodel.

Exceptional staff! They remembered me from a month ago. I am planning a family event and will speak to your event coordinator about booking a block of rooms and possibly having an event in your restaurant. Simply amazing!!

The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Also, it was very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable, though. The air conditioning was amazing!
Because of the lack of cleanliness, I will not atay again.

Unfortunately Microsoft crashed the day of our stay. We booked this place because it had a restaurant. We were on motorcycles and after long hot day. Nice just to stay put to eat. Not their fault. The restaurant looked like it was a nice place to eat.

Your desk clerk, Ben, was fantastic! He was super friendly and gave us some great advice for dinner in the in house restaurant (buffalo meatloaf with mushroom sauce) and it was EXCELLENT! The wait staff in the restaurant were great also. I think our server was Anne? She was warm and friendly without being annoying. Great food, peaceful and very comfortable stay. Only downside is the pool was closed but the fitness center was above average! We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Had to pay $10 to parkour truck, but it was to pay for a security guard to watch. We were comped the breakfast, but I can honestly say it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel!! Beds were clean, comfortable and nice pillows too!

This hotel is a dump! I would highly recommend spending your money somewhere else. Rooms are outdated and smell like smoke.

Bugs lots of bugs in room. Left hotel after 15 mins. Water poured in theough windows after rain storm. Flying bugs all over room. Horrible.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really clean, the pool was especially great. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this place and stay here again.

The hotel was OK, probably wouldn’t stay there again since the rooms and hallways are very dated and the pool area seemed like it was kind of an afterthought. We stayed there off of someone’s recommendation and in hindsight there are other hotels that were cheaper which are nicer.

Room was nice and comfortable. Buffet breakfast - we were there 1/2 before it closed and buffet line was messy. Hardly anything to eat I wish I took a picture but we weee charged $18 each. Disappointing

I booked a room and when I arrived (almost 700 miles from home) I was told that I would need to stay across the street due to overbooking. The motel across the street wasn’t a nice place to stay. I will never recommend the motel or the employee “Ben”. To soothe my feelings, they offered a cookie. The cost of the room that I booked was over $600. Hard to believe but I assume they sold my room for more since the town was full of people for graduation and soccer tournaments.

Took good care of us after graduation party we went to bar and bartemder was great took care of us made sure no one was driving and comp some fries and chips was a really good experience
