Heating unit was a little noisy. . Rattlef. Other wise all good.

They have changed the name of the hotel signage and it was great that they called ahead to alert us to this so we weren't looking for a sign that didn't exist. We have stayed at this Travelodge many times over years, and it is adequate, and clean.

The person at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the room was relatively large and very clean with a very large tv.
My only criticism is that the toilet paper was awkward to get to.

Great clean room and the hotel was in great shape. Free breakfast and a pool and hot tub. I would recoommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Parksville or even making the drive if you have business in Nanaimo.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Nice staff, had a continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, and the beds/pillows were so comfy. Nice spacious room.
The pool is only 3 feet deep, but still nice to swim in.
My only complaint is that the shower had a weird ringing sound that was annoying but I think that was just a faulty tap and not reflective of other rooms.
Lots of fantastic hiking trails, water, and beaches to visit that are nearby, and there is a local store with goats on the roof 10min from the hotel that is worth a visit.

This hotel is beyond my expectations. Brand new on everything. Beds are very comfortable, sleep very quiet at night. Front desks are super helpful! Will definitely come back again whenever we are in Parksville.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was good with lots of amenities in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed has seen better days. The free continental breakfast was nice.

Easy to find on the Main Street, had a vehicle so easy to get around but walkable to all main highlights. Our room was nice. A fan in bathroom would have helped with humidity. Breakfast area was nice and ladies keeping an eye on coffee and making sure things were clean. Would recommend.

It was our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised about the easy check in. The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and staff at the counter as well as the cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and smiling.

Excellent, clean pool/ hot tub/ gym facility. Excellent cleanliness and quiet atmosphere in rooms. Best travel lodge I have been to. I stayed for 2 nights and was able to sleep deeply in their soft luxurious beds with duvet covers. The rooms also offer AC for white noise. Located conveniently close enough to the board walk/beach area. They are also pet friendly :)

Was an okay hotel ….for the price would consider next time paying a bit more for somewhere different. Breakfast was basic.. no protein but hard boiled eggs. Understanding times are tough but very short staffed, while staff was excellent and friendly just didn’t have enough. Hotel could definitely use some upgrades.

We spent 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. It not extraordinary by any means but the room was clean, A/C worked well and the breakfast was adequate. The room looks like it had been refreshed recently. We used the hot tub and it was great. There was rarely any staff at the front desk. Although they showed up when we checked in and out fine. I did find the rate bery pricey for what was provided. It was during peak summer but there were other options that provided similar services for less.

Nice stay, check in was fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. Nice white bedding and towels. Great continental breakfast ( eggs, yogurt, muffins, waffles, toast and bagels, fresh fruit and the usual. Lady in the dining area made sure everything was refilled and kept the place very clean and tidy. As soon as someone left the table she was right there to clean and disinfect the tables. Great job

Hotel was easy to get to and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool and breakfast area were stifling hot, like being in a sauna, but the facilities themselves were good. The breakfast itself was good.

We both fully enjoyed our stay. Property is very nice and quiet found the queen bed to be on the small size more like a double bed but was comfortable just use to a little more space. Found the continental breakfast very well supplied with something for everyone to enjoy and start your day. All staff were very friendly and helpful would return to this facility again🤗
