Nice, high quality room with top end features. The only drawback is that the registration desk is adjacent to the casino which is not smoke-free.

Restaurants are the best. Pool is great.

I loved it, room was so clean and slept very well for my short stay. I am planning to stay at Atlantis on my next visit to Reno.

First time staying at Atlantis and it was great! From the amazing views of the mountains to the cleanliness of the room, Atlantis is definitely a great hotel to stay at! If you want to eat at Toucan Charlie's-the buffet at Atlantis, make sure you get there right whe they open for dinner as we did not know the line would be soo long 😅. We ended up eating next door at Purple Parrot which was less crowed at 6pm ish. Definitely a great stay for couples!!

Nice remodeled room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom/shower was clean. Our only disappointment was the shower didn’t have very good water pressure. Also, the restaurants were convenient and accommodating!

Reception - had to wait although nobody was in line, janitorial staff and housekeeping more helpful giving information Directional signs confusing Tried cancelling prior to cancellation deadline - was told I couldn't. The smell was overwhelming causing breathing problems Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle at airport

Excellent hotel! Great options for food, literally something for everyone. Clean and room was really nice. Staff was very pleasant including room service. Certainly a treat. Best part was once TV was off and we went to bed, no noise could be heard, not water running or next door or even the hallway. There were people as room service trays were evident of people. My tray from the previous evening was gone, so they even stay up on that. Excellent choice and we will be back!

Room was great! Service incredible the only thing we didnt like was thst our room was so hot during the day even with the AC at its lowest.

Stopped over on the way home from visiting family. They upgraded us to the newly remodeled tower because we were early arriving and the room we booked wasn’t cleaned yet. The room looked like we were the first people to use it. Absolutely pristine. It had a K-cup coffeemaker and bottled water, comfy chairs and super comfortable beds. Beautiful walk-in shower (although it was a little difficult to adjust the temperature), lots of data plugs and great pillows. Had dinner in the Bistro Napa and although it was pricey the service and food were great. Had a Martini in the Atrium Bar and it was huge (must have been a triple).

Hotel was a 10 . Room was clean .Spa was very nice.

It was very comfortable and quiet. A great two day trip for the Airshow. The restaurants were awesome, the steakhouse, purple parrot, deli, buffet. Great gambling and no smoke smell.

I had to replace the shower drain, There was no bath mat. Could have been cleaed better.

I was there for my birthday with family. We left right before daily cleaning. I did not put the sign “do not disturb” up so they can clean up the room and give us new clean towels. We can back around 6pm. The sign got handed up on our door and no clean that day. It was disaster!! Ohh well I wasn’t impressed. Overall it was a nice trip in Reno.

The hotel is very nice with its layout and amendys. However, our room, number 443, was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The pillows weren't very comfortable. All four were the same, usually there's some variety, and they just completely sank flat in the middle as soon as you put your head on it. Also, the heater/air conditioner who was positioned on the far side of the room where the window was but facing sideways. As a result, any air flow was directed along the windows, not into the room. We had to turn the AC way down in order for the far side of the room to be comfortable. We weren't in the room much, except for sleeping, which is good because our window faced a blank wall and a roof under us. The rest of the hotel, as I mentioned, was nicely appointed. The bathroom was very nice! We did order room service about 10:30 at night, and it came quickly and was delicious.

The building and amenities were excellent but the staff were outstanding . Probably the friendliest , most welcomed we’ve ever felt at a hotel.

Large amount to do on premise. Best food is at the Manhattan Deli bar none. Sunday brunch at Toucan Charlie’s is outrageously priced.

The Atlantis is beautiful and the staff is marvelous. The restaurants are superb and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

Cigarette smoke in the casino detracts from the experience. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.
