Perfect for an overnight trip Hallways could use some upgrades but overall a pleasant stay

We prepaid for our room and because we only had prepaid credit card, they wouldn’t let us stay. I WANT my money back !!!

It’s an older hotel and bathroom especially felt outdated and worn. But overall it served the purpose well.

Unfortunatly our room smelled like a cheap perfume that only someone would wear to cover a worse smell. When I asked for a room change, they could not acomodate because I booked 3rd party. Our neighbours were very loud with the door at least half a dozen times. The ceilings were so low in the halls it really did not leave a good fealing with me. Everything about the place was outdated. I found it a bit overpriced for what it was. I would try anywhere else before returning to that place.

Check in early and super fast

The room I was in was not cleaned properly as there was several stains/lingering residue in front of some of the furniture. I assume it was either due to laziness or poor lighting based on its location. Rooms felt safe enough but for some reason there was a large gathering of people on the south side of the building around the entrances at all hours of the day during my stay. Its also been 10 days since and i've yet to receive my deposit back. Considering this I have decided to not return for my hotel needs for the 16 more days of stay I require in the area

We had a great stay. Also got takeout from the attached restaurant and it was very good. We would stay there again.

The carpets in the room were very dirty; the carpets in the hallways were lose and present a danger for anyone at risk of falling. The beds were comfortable and the food in the onsite restaurant good. This hotel overall is not recommended l.

This is my go-to place to stay while in London. While this an older facility compared to the other hotels in the immediate area, you can't beat the price for what is offered. While there are some areas that do need updating or replacing the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The room I had this time did not have the lamps with USB ports & 120v outlets built into the base. As a result I have to move one of the beds away from the wall to access the wall plug for my CPAP machine. My one big complaint is that there is no channel guide available for the TV. How hard would it be for the hotel to have a laminated paper with a list of channels available in each room. This complaint is not specific to this hotel but to all hotels I have stayed at recently. For this price this place can't be beat. Would recommend.

Good place needs a little updating

I liked the pool and friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that there's a difference between expedia and in person prices of hotel. When I called the hotel they quoted higher prices than expedia, meanwhile when I went in person they told me that I could of had better price if I booked directly with the hotel.

Hotel was just okay. Great for the price. Very close to highway but was surprisingly quite inside. Great pool. When checking in was put in a room very far from front desk which was a disappointment as my mother had a walker.

Have stayed at this motel many times before. For its price point this place cannot be matched with an indoor pool and on site restaurant. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The carpeting could use a deep steam cleaning though and the hallway carpeting has several worn areas and should be replaced. In the rooms there is one light fixture that is always on and cannot be turned off so if you are a light sleeper or require total darkness to sleep this may be a problem. My simple solution was to just unscrew the light bulb while I was there. The usual amenities are provided, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. WiFi was a little spotty at times and the speeds were a little slow depending on how many others were using it. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days. This motel relies heavily on work crews staying there, as the parking lot at night is full of work trucks however most are gone by 8am.

Not bad for the price. Television could be upgraded to smart TVs and the air conditioning systems upgrade and definitely less noisy. But overall ok for an older hotel and the value.

Property looks old & tired & smelly.

You get what you pay for really. We got a good deal here for 2 nights so all in all it was ok for the price. The building is quite old, could use some renovations. Room smelled a bit damp after turning off the AC for a while. Old wallpaper, rugs, beds. Although the bathroom, microwave and fridge were pretty clean.

Hard to find the entrance, not wery well light to find especially at night. Great restaurant. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Would stay again

It was a good stay. My kids loved the pool. Only negative for me was the queen beds that were advertised wasnt actually queen beds more like a full so space was very limited if sharing the bed. The ac started leaking and half of the rug was extremely wet. Did not eat at the hotel so can not speak about the food. Would definitely stay again but different bed choices.

The house keeping only comes on certain days and when you ask for fresh towels the front desk staff have so much attitude. I would never stay here again. Not worth the money I was better off sleeping in the parking lot

Our stay was adequate and basic. Front desk and restaurant service very good, friendly. The interior, especially hallways are pretty dingy and a bit smelly. (Very old carpeting.) Overall, needs some upgrades and a little more attention to cleanliness of some areas.
