The room was nasty ,not cleaned and smelled really bad. Bath towels were dirty.

Staff is friendly in their own way and room was clean but the air conditioner isn't cooling off the room as well as it should.

The beds were NOT GOOD! I barely slept and you could hear everything outside. Also, the air wasn't working well and leaking.

Was perfect for my overnight stay.

stayed 2 nights,nice clean room,quite ,nice pool,convient to anything u could possibly want to eat,from waffle house to Texas Roadhouse.. walmart pretty much across tge street. this is wete we will stay every time we come visit my sister!!!

The room was very clean and smelled good. Parking was good and the there was a a nice simple free breakfast. Great price too

Overall, our experience was good. The only thing we had a problem with was when we had to turn the water on and off while we showered to avoid the water from building up at the bottom of the tub.

I specifically chose this place to stay because my son was with me and they had a nice-looking pool on the advert. But when we got there, the pool was closed. Further, we had to ask for more sheets and pillows for the extra bed and was told they had no extra pillows. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine and the handle for the shower was so hard to turn, my mother and son couldn't do it themselves. The people were really nice and the breakfast area was clean and stocked, so that was a plus. The room outside of the bathroom area was pretty clean except the sofa was a bit musty. I didn't spend much less than I would have at a Holiday Inn or Hilton Garden so I expected a lot better.

Paul the front attendant was amazing, kind, knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Room was clean, no bugs, plenty of towels and amenities , we will stay here again.

It was great for price, location & for few nights

Absolutely disgusting! All they had was a smoking room when we got there, which was Not the room type I reserved online. Upon entering the room, we found it to be old, dirty and things not working properly. There were burn holes in the comforters and dirty sheets, along with rotting flore in front of the a/c unit. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND! We only booked a room here because everything else in town was booked.

Great experience all together

The first night there some lady was beating the door down on the room next to us at 1am. The bed is located to far from the air conditioner so even with set to 67 degrees we were burning up. The room was nice and clean and everything work good.

Clean and comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised for the price, it was clean, comfortable n met all my needs. I needed to stop overnight on a solo trip to my granddaughter’s in Olive Branch, MS. This was convenient right off route 20 n in a good location.

Ok place to stay

Very nice staff. My door card didn't work but an employee was there and opened the door for me. Sink had very slow water flow. Aside from that, I've stayed there before and will stay there again.

It’s an ok place, my room was good clean. The area around the property seemed a little rough

The room was very smoky. The towels and sheet were dingy. The couch had stains.

Nice lil hotel. Will be stayin again, when headin thru the area. Not a single complaint.

They should have had slip mats in bathtub so people don't fall in the tub

I love the comfortable bed it felt like sleeping on clouds. The pillows was nice and soft. It was a vacation from a stressful week

This is my 3rd year to stay at this ecolodge. The people are great; super nice and friendly. They do need to make some improvements. For example, not all of the electrical outlets actually work, so you are limited to the amount of chargers you can plug in. They are in dire need to replace door sweeps on the entrance doors to the rooms. They do a great job checking to see if you need towels but fail to empty the trash daily. Luckily a trash can was out side my door so I could empty it myself but lacked replacement trash bags. The beds are super comfy. The floors are not really clean, If you walk around in white socks you will see this immediately; so I wouldn't walk around bare foot either. Will I stay there again for the Nascar race, yes I will, if a room is available . Just wish they could make a few improvements.

Good value. Rooms were very nice. It was a bit noisy being at ground level and with direct outside access but not too bad. The staff were very friendly.
