Our flight got very delayed, so we arrived at midnight. We have 2 kids under age of 6. The front desk person, Issam, told us to go to gate 28. He did not communicate this with the driver until we waited a long time. Yes, we did call again to make sure the driver was coming, and Issam said ‘I don’t know where the shuttle is.’ The driver had no idea of the pickup location and was upset at us that we were at gate 28. I told him that the front desk messed up. We got to the hotel, Issam was angry at the driver for not reading his mind, telling the driver to ‘do his job’ and ‘we will talk later’. Issam then proceeded to downplay his screw up and said ‘well I got you here eventually, right?’ Dear Issam, there is a jobs crisis in Canada and a ton of better qualified people are waiting for your job. Quality Inn Trudeau Airport, please do something with Issam because he single handedly ruined the Quality Inn reputation for our family forever. He failed to communicate the simplest piece of information at the beginning of the shift to his driver. He even told us that this issue started the night before, so he had plenty of time to communicate this. And yet? Quality Inn, please do something about this individual or your reputation will plummet.

The free shuttle drivers were the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. We had to stay near the airport because of connecting flights. Hotel prices in that area are very high. This one was in the middle range but too much money for the quality of the room Many of the electrical points did not work, and there were other probems. Some maintenance and freshening up of the decor might make the price more palatable.

Noticed my hotel door wouldn’t lock upon leaving. My neighbour was watching me leave. Reported that to the hotel. They sent a man up right away to check and secure the door, so that I would not be charged for any damages from someone else. I felt uneasy that I spent a night in a room that didn’t lock. Everything else was fine and appreciated the airport transfer.

Only overnight before taking the plane. Very close from the airport. The hotel is providing a free shuttle to the airport, but noisy as it is close to the road. Good for one night.

Shuttle to airport was full. We had to take an Uber. The staff was great.

Once again on my 2nd day ..a happy crew Happy staff Is a hidden 1star. Breakfast ....was great ... My driver was life experienced ... Offered suggestions about jobs and his life experience . Room was same ... Fridge, coffee .sker ,ice box, the AC was loud as heck ... But cooling There is ample parking at this Inn was a motel prob40 years ago There was a couple in a crisis but the staff members helped counsel the couple ..Inuit .

We have been to this location on several occasions and everything has always been fine. However this time wasn't the greatest. When we arrived at the airport at 10:00 PM, my husband could not get a hold of anyone at the hotel to send a shuttle so while he was on hold I tried calling and no answer. After a half hour we ended up having to take an Uber to the hotel which was an additional cost. ($25 + tip) When we arrived the shuttle was sitting there at the hotel. We asked for a reimbursement for the Uber and they stated they could not reimburse us as we did not book directly through the hotel. We had told them that we did try and call them to book our room but they said they were all booked up so we ended up having to use a 3rd party for our reservations. Front desk was friendly and very apologetic and said we needed to talk to Angie who worked in the morning. We inquired the following morning and they said we would need to wait and talk to the manager, but unfortunately we were leaving the hotel. Fire alarm went off 2 times while we were there around 1:00 AM. We didn't get to taste the breakfast as it finished at 9:30 and not the usual 10:30 at most hotels. Rooms were clean.

We spent a night there to be able to take our flight very early the next morning. The hotel is at few minutes away from the airport and they offer a very convenient shuttle service available at all times. And because the breakfast service was closed on our departure (it begins at 6:00 AM), they gave us muffins and juices to take out. Very friendly team. 10/10.

Have stayed here many times over the years but the last 2 have not been so pleasant. The beds are uncomfortable and leave me with much back pain. This will make me go elsewhere. This visit there was also major water pressure issues in the shower each day I used it. Although it says they are under renovations I'm not sure what they are renovating or are they just doing a refresh.

The place was clean. The hotel was located near gas stations grocery stores and walmart tondo some exploring. The breakfast menu was delicious.

Very old facilities with old AC and TV. Rude staff that wouldn't change the room. Requested cleaning for next day, no one did it when i return at night. Paid $285/night with terrible service.

It was a really convenient location from the airport and made our 12 hour layover much more bearable. The 24/7 shuttles were really convenient and easy to access. However, there was no sound installation at all, it felt like we were sleeping right next to the road and we could hear our neighbors snoring. Everthing in the inn was old and the AC is loud to the point where we had to choose between being hot and having touble sleeping due to the sound. The inn also didn’t give us slippers or body wash. The place was decently clean, but some corners were cut in the washroom. Overall, you should find somewhere more worth your 200 CAD per night.

The hotel is run down and needs renovations. The rooms have window air conditioners that are loud and can't be adjusted. When I went to take a shower that spout from the bathtub flew off and hit me in the leg. The gym in the basement was hard to find and there were no towels provided. The staff were very unfriendly The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

This was an overnight stay. At check-in on July 22 the night staff was fabulous 👌. Rooms were good. The only thing I didn't like was that I missed my 7pm airport Shuttle, got at the front at 701 and it was gone! Then the front desk staff was more debating with me that it is 703..I have mobility coming down the stairs with my luggage. I waited for the 7.30am Shuttle, the driver wasn't courteous, this driver worked the morning of July 23, I handed him my hand luggage and he put it on the ground and pointed for me to put it on the Shuttle, not good customer service.

Very noisy. The alleys smell chemical. The air conditioner has moult in it. Close to the airport and efficient shuttle. The breakfast is good.
