Our stay was excellent!!!! We had the best time and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the breakfast and also enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the bar at arrival. Very clean and great location.

It was a nice place to stay after Thanksgiving. The staff was nice but they definitely were under staffed. We had to a bus a table so we could watch the game and hang out.

This was a horrible stay. It was dirty, all balcony rooms were blocked off and balconies removed. Carpet lifting throughout hotel, blood on bathroom door, fingerprints on the windows, and so much more. It is like staying at an Econolodge. Front desk was snippy when I said I booked through Hotels. Com too.

Great about letting us check in early, had an issue with the AC and they got someone right up to fix it, room service was good but we would have happily ate out of the room had there been more room. Staff was helpful and most of breakfast options considering how busy the hotel was. I wish we were able to open the doors to the balcony- that was kind of the point of that room.

My family stayed here for an event with the 2/1 Cavalry. Over the course of 4 days we had access to a hospitality suite in edition to other rooms for various events over the weekend.
The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast team, were all very friendly.
The outside of the building was under construction/ being renovated but the inside was very pretty.
We had a multi room suite that sleeps 6 and it was plenty of room for us to be comfortable.

Overall the hotel is nice for an older hotel. Definitely opertunity for cleaning in the pool and spa area. Room was nice and clean but needs updating for sure. Breakfast is awesome.

The hotel was excellent our room had two queens and a sitting area. The hotel had pool, bar, and restaurant and was pet friendly. The staff was very polite the only down side was confusion given the Holiday weekend about when breakfast would be served ultimately it was after we had to leave. But over all great place.

The bar/restaurant located behind the back of the hotel is very LOUD on Friday and Saturday nights until at least 10:30PM. DO NOT stay in the rooms that face this place, you will not get any sleep.

Booked here last minute after finding our booked hotel was gross and not safe looking. It was super quick to check in. The room was great, pool and hot tub were nice. Kids had fun playing in the arcade and having late night food from the bar. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel! I highly recommend this hotel!

Love the room. It has a separate living area with sofa, TV, table and chairs. Also a sink with some countertop. Small bathroom so it was nice to have a sink and mirror out side. The bedroom was separated by a door. It worked very nice for 4 ladies.

This property desperately needs a remodel. It just feels old and run down. The rooms weren’t clean. There was even dirty underwear by the bed! I had to call down and get a clean blanket before I world even use the second bed! The good things- front desk people were nice and the breakfast omelets are good. Homeless people are hanging out in the back and harass you as you are trying to unpack your luggage! I would not pick this hotel again! We’ve stayed here many times before but it’s just not nice anymore!!

Staff was great!!The only thing I have to complain is the furniture is outdated and the mattress was not very comfortable. I been to several Embassy suite throughout the country and by far those matresses are the most uncomfortable

The room was large and clean. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening reception. I also really liked that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight, adults only after 10:00 PM. I would definitely stay here again!

We usually choose Embassy suites for their rooms as well as the great breakfasts. However this locations rooms really need to be updated. The light in the bathroom was nonexistant and wasnt working properly, the outlet in the bedroom by the mirror, when i tried to plug something in, actually sunk into the wall and the plate covering it was loose. The breakfast was awesome as usual, but the rooms just really need to be updated. I wouldnt stay at this place again.

Overall kinda disappointed. Asked for an extra blanket for my daughter, and my husband waited up for a couple hours only for it not to show up. Asked the front desk the next day for a blanket again, and again it never showed up. My husband finally had to track down a housekeeper who was nice enough to go hunt one down. Good luck trying to get extra towels as well. Front desk gave us two, and they were supposed to send more up, which surprise surprise didn’t ever show up. A suite that can sleep six should have more than 3 bath towels. Breakfast was a nice convenience and overall good quality. Hotel could definitely use a deep cleaning. Corners and bathroom fans are very very dirty. As a family of four the suite is perfect, however, after poor service and mediocre cleanliness we won’t stay again.

The property itself was in pretty good condition. The provided breakfast was excellent and the atrium area was very nice. The room itself was decent but it was dated and run down. There were multiple stains in the carpet, some of which were sticky, mold and mildew within the shower area and could really use a facelift. The patio sliding door and the surrounding area was honestly disgusting. Appears to have some water damage and possible mold in areas. All in all, it was fine but for the money, will probably look at another location if we were to return.
