Great location and comfortable bed and very nice breakfast. However, room was dark and dreary, floors were very dirty. Ice machine was out of order. Coffee machine was out of order.

Checkin was great!! I made a reservation for the wrong night but was easily adjusted. Sam was great!! Highly recommend. Will stay there again

Extremely small rooms.

No complaints that I can think of! Clean room, clean lobby, clean facilities. I felt safe staying there as a solo traveler and staff was very attentive even late at night.

No toiletries as other hotels have. Only had 1 TINY bottle shampoo. Corner shelf in tub was off.

Excellent good and clean great breakfast

Very small bathroom. Arrived 1 hr early and was told there was a ten dollar fee for early checkin.

My daughter and I spent the entire day at Beech Bend from open to close(7pm), so we were hot, tired and hungry...all we wanted to do was get to the hotel, and get cleaned up to go eat dinner before the place we chose closed at 9pm. The guy at the desk asked if we had a pet, I said no, he said someone assigned us to a room for pets, so he changed it. Then he saw where we were from, and started telling this long story..kept going snd going. I finally had to mention that we were trying to get checked in so we could get to the place to eat before they closed. After coming back from eating just a couple hours later, I asked when breakfast starred being served...he told me, but then asked what room we were in again. I found that odd. Aside from that..everything was nice..room was clean etc.

All inclusive, very nice place to stay

Totally enjoyed our one night stay. The pool was so nice. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were a little firm for my liking but still slept very well. We brought our golden retriever who was welcomed and added very little to the overall room rate. We will definitely stay here again!

The pool was wonderful! Rooms and bathrooms were small, but for the price everything was great. My daughter did cut her foot on the edge of the pool, so be careful but we told them and they immediately came out and took a look. The breakfast the attendant was great! She was so so nice. The food was hot and there were different items available everyday.

We stayed on the first floor, room 129. The room was dirty, there was mold in the shower. The floors were sticky the carpet smelled and thankfully, we had flip-flops to be able to walk around and take a shower without feeling grimy. Even with all the lights on, it was very dark in the room and when morning came we could see better the condition of the room and could not wait to leave!! The area outside was dilapidated and tripping hazards, not a very good experience all around. When dropping off the keys, front desk didn’t even ask how it was and I wasn’t going to say anything, but I then turned around and said that was a horrible room, we were not impressed. He acted surprised but did not ask why. We base our stays on reviews and had I known that the worst reviews were mostly for rooms on the first floor. We would never had booked. They are comparable to a 1 star motel. Do better Best Western!

Didnt smell nice, older hotel and no blow dryer

It was ok. The water pressure was horrific. My normal 5 minute shower took 20 minutes because i couldnt get the shampoo out of my hair. The carpet felt like it was incredibly dirty

Great place to stay

We had a very nice stay, the hotel has an aquarium by the dining room and the check-in clerk told us all the fish have names then proceeded to tell us what each of the 15 or so fish were named, he was so happy to tell us about them and we were happy to listen. The breakfast had many gluten free options, which one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Highly recommend it!

Quiet and clean

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It could use a little TLC in the bathroom (paint peeling off the ceiling). Breakfast had a great variety.

Toilet seat too low

What a treat to arrive and find a clean, sparkling pool to enjoy and a hot and hearty breakfast the next morning. This location is going to be marked a favorite for our next trip this way.

Needed to replace noisy refrigerator. Needs to be replaced compressor is very bad. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

This was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we have stayed in in a long time! No kids running up and down the hallways or tv’s blaring in the next room! The beds were AMAZING! Very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Breakfast was good and hot and kept restocked quickly! Would highly recommend this hotel for a good, comfortable nights sleep!

Clean and nice

This was the most disgusting room I’ve stayed in… EVER. We arrived well after midnight and were too exhausted to do anything but crash. The morning brought terror as we looked around for the first time. There was black mold growing everywhere and the floor was so sticky it felt like it was made of duct tape. I could go on and on but the best summary is that I wound up in urgent care after checking out, with what the doctor described as “likely an acute reaction to extreme mold exposure”. I’d sleep in the car before staying here again.

The carpet in our room was very sticky and not pleasant to walk on. No attempt was made to clean it for the next guest. I will never stay at this location again.

Nice hotel. Stayed here overnight driving through from 1am-9am. Very nice check in person. Breakfast was good.

Our room had a very funky smell too it. It was really hot when we first got to room thought that may be making the smell worse but even after room cooled off it still smelled bad and I feel like it made our clothes and luggage have that smell too.

Very comfortable, clean and safe location to stay at reasonable prices while traveling thru Bowling Green. Breakfast is always great too! Will definitely be back!
