Location was good, room was nice. However, the AC ran non stop and didn’t keep the room cool. No dining was a problem. The offer snacks that they bought from Costco at an inflated price. Even those seemed to run out quickly. The staff was nice but the food available was not good or helpful. I understand they had workers on strike, but really made me regret my hotel choice. Was also uncomfortable when we would walk to go places and the protesters were at the entrance. Very disappointing.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. We picked this hotel for the convenient free airport shuttle service offered but unfortunately, the shuttle service proved to be unreliable. The hotel is also located a ways away from the train stop so it was difficult to get to the hotel from the airport without a taxi, Uber or walking a few blocks. There is also no restaurant at the hotel, making meal planning somewhat difficult. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked well.

Did not like how there was no food or snacks available.

The best hotel i have ever stayed. The staff are excellent and the hotel is clean.

Most of the staff was on strike or missing for whatever reason. Ones who were present were very helpful.

Despite there being a strike, I was impressed with the staff as a whole. I was so impressed that I plan to return very shortly, as I will be travelling back and forth for the upcoming months. All I can say is... thank you to the staff, especially at the front desk! Well done.

although there was a strike at the hotel it didnt impact us, just a handful of strikers outside, there was limited housekeeping available but they were helpful with our needs, no restaurant in hotel but plenty within walking distance

The price was good however they are having labor disputes. Area around property was not maintained. Our room was missing some key things like soap and glasses.

It was my family and I's first time visiting Vancouver. The hotel was clean, well maintained and beds were really cozy and comfortable. The washroom is really nicely done, but some upkeep of cleanliness needed. We really enjoyed our sleep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always greeted us with smiles whenever we came in and out of the facility. The downside of our stay was that due to the labour strike they could not keep up with housekeeping (only once during our stay), the room was dusty when we came in so it did need some looking after. There is no pool and there is no restaurant or cafe onsite operating due to the labour strike, however there is convenience of the airport shuttle if needed to get downtown Vancouver and there is a car rental Sixt onsite as well as a bus stop very closeby. We had an unfortunate medical emergency the day before we had to check out and the staff, esp Sarah at front desk handled everything really well in terms of calling the ambulance and paramedics right away and Kerrie was so kind enough to accommodate us with a better rate the last two days due to the unforeseen circumstances. I'm grateful for that. Overall it was quite a good experience staying at the Radisson Blu Airport and Marina in Richmond for our first trip to Vancouver, BC. Thank you to the staff.

Wonderful stay for our first time in Vancouver. We had a car so it was perfect for getting around. Room was clean, and the surroundings were quiet.

Nice hotel, good sized room and great bathroom. Within walking distance of restaurants and an easy taxi ride to attractions.

The propery was nice and clean. The resturant is closed so we had to eat off the property.

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

I had an excellent stay--quiet, clean, and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was prompt. Also, the front desk person arranged for a shuttle to the cruise dock the following more; it was affordable and incredibly helpful.
