The room 631 that we were assigned to was comfortable and well equipped. It had a full sized refridgerator and stove along with a microwave. The king size bed was comfortable. There were areas that were dusty and when the air conditioner was running there was a musty oder. The room was also on the third floor and there are no elevators in any of the buildings so if you have problems with climbing stairs you may want to ask for a room on the first floor. The breakfast was very good but only served between 7am - 9am. The employees that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. All in all it is a nice place to stay but be aware of the lack of elevators.

It was amazing. The front desk lady was so kind. Our suite was awesome.

Was disappointed that there was almost no kitchen utensils and pots/pans. No kitchen towels, pot holders. Room was comfortable but felt dirty. Smelled like smoke when we arrived. Pull out bed was broken. No extra linen for pull-out. Kids used blankets they brought from home. No extra pillows for pull-out.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL

when asked for towels was told to come back after an hour, because there where no clean was available. Which was not a problem, but I went back 3 times before any where available and when I asked if someone would pick up the used towels, he gave me a plastic bag and told me to bring them back. There where people playing very loud music and banging above my room, well past 2am and no one told them to quick down. Also someone was playing basketball at 7am Sunday morning making enough noise to prevent me from sleeping. To add insult to injury, the staff was not very friendly.

I didn’t like that I had dog food pieces on my floor and I don’t even own a pet. There was a urine smell in the entry way as well of the room.

Very unique set up. Looks like an apartment complex. Once you know your way around (They provide you with a map) it’s pretty cool. Convenient location between Philadelphia and Atlantic City which allowed us to travel to both in our short time.

Staff very friendly, just have a hard time on check in due to problems from hotels.com communication with the hotel. Other than that excellent place to stay.

Great place

The room was quite dark I feel that it definitely needs to be some updating to the whole room. The rug was old and I won’t say dirty, but it definitely needed to be replaced. I didn’t like the fact that there was no bathroom door. The outside needs a major power wash that includes the Gym was more of an exercise room. It didn’t have much of a variety. The staff was impeccable and if they redo the rooms . It’s sad they could not provide dish towels because because they are stolen by the guest. I do feel that the laundry room is too expensive also. Breakfast, which I only did once was OK. I hate hard cold eggs, and I saw the gentleman trying to keep them warm, but people would go by and open up the warmer and not close it so that was not the fault Of the staff. There was some smoking, but the area was nice and quiet. For these reasons, I would not be returning if you’re OK with an older type place to stay This would work. But for me, it does not. If they could pick up the staff and put it in a better More updated hotel I would definitely go back

Where do I begin, I had a 7 day stay and our room did not get cleaned until Friday we checked in on Monday. Carpet was filthy when we got there and wven though we asked the cleaning team to assist us theyndid not. We did not have enough towels for everyone in our party. The air in the room did not work properly, and the air did not go throughout the rooms. The microwave burned anything we put in it. The ice maker in the fridge also was not working. Overall i can say this will be our last stay there. To anyone who picks this place prepare to be disappointed.

1) the room that I had reserved was not available because the air-conditioned was broken 2) the front desk young man was slow, non-concerning and wasn't sympatric to the fact that 3 of us had to share a king bed and a sofa bed. 3) the front desk clerk offered me a refund instead of another room. Both front desks clerks discussed the situation and indicated nothing could be done, until I told them I was going to an event, and I had to have a room! 4) stains on the chairs and sofa. 5) the bed had some kind of lumps sticking out of the mattress 6) the front entrance and door were dirty 7) the room next to ours (Rm 411) had construction materials on the front porch. 8) Breakfast - horrible! 9) Place was dark and dingy. 10) Nice property, but really needs and upgrade!

$5 a night parking charge not disclosed, $100 hold on credit card during stay and will take 5 days to return. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Fire alarm was hanging by the wires in the ceiling above the bed. The black out shade in the living room did not work(only sun shade that is partially see through worked). Bottom floor window has full sight of living room and bedroom so privacy shade should always work. Pool was clean and fencing around pool was new. The basketball court was small but allowed my daughter and friends a place to play. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of options. The room from our other friends had to be switched as it was a smokers room and all rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking. It stunk horrible and we could smell it from right outside the door. They did change the room for them and it was a lot better.

Well maintained older hotel. Clean and good accommodations.

Breakfast didn't open until 7 AM, a little late for early for business people with early appointments and travel. Staff were not the as professional as other places. And, I still haven't received a final statement from my stay as promised the day I left on 7/10 when the "system" was down. I would hesitate staying there again.

We stayed here for three night, the suites are huge and the breakfast is wonderful.

The property needs a complete deep cleaning in the rooms and the grounds. Our 2 bedroom was dirty from top to bottom. Bathroom, broken glasses in the cabinet, toilet stains, stained curtains, dirty carpet. And that's just the inside. The outside looks like it has never been power washed. Dirty front door and patio space in front of room. I want a refund

I have stayed at this Hyatt House before and loved it however this time around i have to be honest it was not that great. Although the staff was very plesant it does not change what im about to say. This time around was not the greatest. When i arrived my room had a stinge smell from the old carpet room smelt old.My bedroom linens were dirty with stains on the bedding which is not appealing to the eye. Bathroom shower has rust and soap scum on the tiles. Walls need paint job as there are stains and dirt on walls. And to add to one of my worst nights was tuesday when it rained from the ceilng in tbe bathroom of stinky rusty water. Dont get me wrong maintenace came and asseted the issue it was just it added more stink to the room. I spoke to the manager upon my check out day letting him know my concerns. He was nice. In the end i will say this im a hyatt rewards member and i have stayed at other hyatts coming from staying at this one once before It needs some updates and touch ups to. A little more cleanliness and updates.

Never staying here again. Awful. Dirty. Unfriendly staff. Pool was nice. That’s about it.

The outdoor ground was not kept, dog poop and pee everywhere. The entrance to our room was dirty. The room was not up code. The folding mattress needs to be replaced stains and dead ants in the mattress. Had to be careful not to leave food around due to the ants. I will not recommend this place to anyone

The rooms were beautiful

Disliked cleanliness. The bathroom was gross. Hair in shower. Finger prints all over the doors and walls. Dust and spider webs in every corner of the room. Dead bugs inside of the picture frame on the wall. Our room smelled like cigarettes. I do not recommend. I wouldn’t stay again.

We have photos of how dirty this place was. Walked into room and smelled of smoke. Tried to get another 1st floor room but none available Would not walk on carpet without shoes as it was disgusting. Honesty can’t understand why Hyatt would allow their brand on this place. Never ever again.
