Very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurants close by with only a short walk. Complimentary breakfast looked delicious! We didn't eat due to eating soon on a cruise. Great stay!

The hotel shuttle wait was way too long

We arrived late at night. Was advised the shuttle would be 20 minutes to arrive, it took over 40. The front desk was kind of rude. Asked in the morning for late checkout, as we were stuck due to flight delays and decided to stay somewhere nicer. Was advised it was 25$ an hour. Left for our new hotel, where they were able to accommodate us earlier with extra fees.

Karel Castillo “manager” tried to take advantage of my elderly Asian family during checkout. He claimed they had a balance of $200 to settle when everything had already been taken care of through Expedia. When my mother called me because she felt something was off I questioned what the balance was for he could not answer me he went into his office and ignored me. He then came out with a fake receipt with a different name than my family’s. When that was pointed out to him he crumpled the paper and threw it in the trash. He then put his finger over his mouth to tell my family to keep quiet and he went back into his office. A different employee then told tell us we didn’t need to pay anything all of a sudden.

This property smelt very musty. There was huge water spot on the ceiling in my bathroom and it was obvious there was leak from the ceiling that caused a lot of

Needs replacing… the shower curtain was wrinkled and the bed skirt had lots of
Stains… if I wasn’t so exhausted and injured would have changed rooms.

We were there on Fridays, August 16th for one night before our cruise. The next day, once we were on the ship my husband realized he forget his medication on the bathroom counter. He called a few times only to be told they had to ask room service and would call back or email him. He was put on hold a few times.Never heard back from them. Never found out what they did with the meds. Very disappointing. Won't stay there again.

The girls at the front desk were always pleasant and easy to talk to for assistance. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and clean as well. The hotel rooms look a bit dated but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bathrooms were very inconveniently set up. After about two usages within the 4 of my party, the toilet started to leak. As there were only women living in there , its very unsanitary. Also, the sheets were very uncomfortable on the skin. It felt as though they were not washed properly. 2/10 would not recommend to the rich and not so famous.

Shuttle was great but you need to call and let them know what door at the airport or you can wait a long time. Property was dated but fairly clean. Lots of food options that are walkable.

Convenient to the airport. Good enough for a one night stay would not book for any longer. Room a bit musty bathroom needed a deep cleaning and update. Mildew in ever corner and wall paper peeling.
