You don’t get the room in the picture so it is misleading

The hotel had an unloved feel. The shower drain was almost completely blocked and the shower controls needed servicing. The linens were fine and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent but parking extremely limited; only a few spots for guests. I’m not keen to recommend it to others.

Personnel welcoming and professional. The room was lovely and clean, I felt quite at home. Ideally located in the town center near to all the monuments, restaurants and shops; all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without any hesitation

Hotel very dated! Roadworks right outside and found access difficult with cases! Roadworkers started at 7am right outside window! Obviously picked the wrong time to stay! Convenient for local bars and restaurants! Bathroom clean and large!

Apart from the location which was great the hotel was disgusting dirty old damp and the receptionist rude and unhelpful it was dark and dingy I should never have paid that much money for the room without breakfast it is a zero ate properly nor a 3 as advertised to be honest I want my money back

Unmemorable - the bed was too small for two adults and there was no air condition. It was clean but no view whatsoever - just a wall - had a poor nights sleep due to the heat which was only 20 deg

Just one thing no air vonditioning.

nearby just up the hill from the train station. The funiculaire is there to take you up if too tired to walk. It was running @ 10:30pm. Smallish rooms but nice.

Picked as highest star rating available within my Budget close to station, albeit all Hotels in the city centre are up a hill [free funicular] from the railway station. Reason for discount against the walk in rack rate became clear when I checked in, they had the Builders in doing up the ground floor and all corridors seen were stripped to the concrete..... Room was large and very good, [breakfast not taken] and I was away early next morning before any major banging started.... It will be even nicer when its finished...…. One peculiarity, I could feel my bedroom floor vibrate when someone was walking around nearby [could hear footsteps so suspect it wasn't a petite femme....], very odd. Historic town centre very close as is a large Supermarket.

plus : Nice room with large comfortable bed and nice bathroom. good wifi, quiet place, right in the city centre. minus : no movie channels, breakfast could be improved with more fresh products

the room I stayed is right next to the reception, the room is so bare, it felt like hospital room. I think it could have been coverted from a storeroom or staff room. It is very noisy. I could hear everything outside and upstair people walking around. It is a shame as I stayed at this hotel before, in other rooms and they were lovely. The staff is good. only the room was bad.

We stayed 2 nights the hotel is in a central location so easy to walk everywhere in the city center. Our room was large but no air conditioning and only one small desk fan. The hotel is quite run down and in serious need of a renovation. The carpets in the corridors are stained and there is a musty smell throughout. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel and don't have high expectations then this place will be OK.
