Excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an early flight so when we got down to the lobby the counter staff had already called a taxi to insure we got to the airport on time for our flight instead of waiting for the shuttle bus.

While we are used to paying high prices in Canada, this one didn’t seem to offer the Hilton experience we thought we were paying for. From waiting for several shuttles before getting to the hotel (and rude service demanding that we should’ve called, after our 3rd call) to having few amenities. The hotel and room were nice enough, it had a bar attached to it, but for the name and price, I expected it to feel less like a LaQuinta and more like a Hilton. The location was conveniently located close to local transit which allowed for easy travel around the city

The stay was fine. But the airport shuttle was not so good.we waited at the airport for about an hour before a shuttle came by to pick us up.

We were a party of six with three rooms. Our plane arrived early. When we arrived for them to hold our luggage, they let us check into two of our three rooms before noon even though check in time is 3 o’clock. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and flexible and courteous.

We booked a room for the night, we had an 11:40 pm flight out. We arrived at 11:00 am hoping to store our luggage. The staff had a room for us to check in immediately. The on site restaurant was wonderful, lunch and dinner! We got to rest and relax the entire day and had a great shuttle to the airport. I 100% recommend this hotel. Great rooms, restaurant and staff!

The staff and facilities were both great. The location was convenient to the airport and they had a shuttle. On the morning we were leaving the shuttle was full so they provided a taxi to the airport. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of room.
