The property itself is in an excellent location , across the street from the port and easy access to the metro . Shopping and dining all within walking distance .
The room itself was clean and the view was amazing .
Staff were quite rude when requesting anything for the room . There are not any ice machines so when we requested ice for the room most staff was very rude and seemed to be bothered .
We booked a room with a balcony but did not receive it despite showing our receipt and booking details . The front desk staff said that this is a problem with hotels.com and not their hotel and to contact the booking site .

We were impressed from the minute we walked in with the decor and the person who took care of us at check in, the room was great with an amazing view on the Vieux Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

The hotel is in a very good location with a good view. However, the hotel is a bit run down. The furniture is minimalist. The carpet especially in the corridor looks filthy. I would say this hotel is a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star.

The only thing four star about this property is the location. The furniture is outdated, and the walls are dirty with peeling paint. It was fine, but not worth the price.

The rooms were huge and very well equipped for a family of 4. We loved the spacious hotel in the heart of the port. After forgetting our passports the staff secured them for us until we were able to come and pick them up. For a very stressful scenario they were super helpful!

Our room had a "wet room". We were awakened by the gurgling of...waste water coming up the floor in our bathroom and the toilet almost overflowing. We were just in transit so didn't make a deal of it, but not awesome. Otherwise, great location, nice people. Rest of the room was fine/good. Just can't give it a higher mark on cleanliness...

Great location with wonderful view of the old port, access to multiple points of interest, and so many restaurants!
The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and helpful.
There are two items of advice. First, the mattress is comfortable, but sags a bit on the side. Secondly, it would be nice if there were some USB ports available.

But the hotel is quite old. There was a very bad odor. My room got flooded cuz drain in the shower didn;t work.

The hotel was very convenient for public transport and for the local bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, the outside area of the port smelled very bad of sewage which would make the downstairs foyer part of the hotel smell bad. In addition to this, when we got to our hotel room, the water smelled when it was turned on for the first time. The shower head did not stay up on the wall due to a faulty handle. One of the hotel staff was very unfriendly on our last day. Apart from that, it was an adequate stay.

The place is terrible as well as the service. No parking and one has to go to a public parking and carry your luggage through very crowded streets.
Would not recommend this hotel. The location is not worth the hassle and poor overall quality.

This was such a fun hotel to stay in. The balcony suite was an excellent way to enjoy the city without having to be out in the crowds and the extreme heat. We felt great relaxing in the hotel when we needed a break from the heat Air conditioning doesn’t get too cold, but it was perfect for nighttime sleeping We really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was very helpful. Clement at the front desk, speaks great English and was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Marseille now a city we love.

I've got mixed feelings about this place. It was probably quite a nice place at one time, but everything in the room is a bit old looking. Also the door to my balcony was broken so it wouldn't stay shut. And lastly please be aware that your room will be facing the main port square. It's a beatiful view, but quite active with musicians etc going till 11pm. That being said the service was winderful. Pay to park garages located near by.

Amazing location by the port. Hotel was nice. Had a small bar at the first level. Great breakfast. Lots of good restaurants, marketplace, mall, pharmacies around. Train and bus station at walkabale distance. Staff was very helpful as well. Kudos to the staff in taking care of a lot of international tourists staying there due to the Olympics. Lastly view from upper floor towards port side was just stunning.

Very nice hotel and spacious room. We had a terrace overlooking the port. What a beautiful view. Service was good and they have a nice breakfast.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. We had a room on the first floor that overlook the square and port. Sitting on the balcony was really enjoyable in the evening.
The room was clean, well designed and really comfortable. I appreciate all of the fun design elements.
The staff is super. They allowed us to drop off bags early and leave the bags with them after check out. That was super helpful and much appreciated!

First trip to Marsaille and we had an amazing and wonderful trip full of great memeories and has wet our appetite to return again for nexts years July celebrations. Beautiful City with loads of great places to see and dine it.
