Super friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, amazing views, unbelievable breakfast buffet with so many options. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Simply Lovely!

I felt that the hotel was a bit grubby and needed a bit of attention. Amenities were a little poor the hair dryer was not working and the tv channels did not work properly

Convenient spot to spend a night really close to the airport. Excellent breakfast buffet! Free parking was 2 mins walk in the city port and convenient. Room can get noisy because lots of cars passing in the main road. Palace of Knossos was a few mins drive

The staff at this hotel are lovely! Closeby to the sea and main street, good transport links nearby and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day. Rooms are basic, but if you get a see view it really is good.

Very good hotel, and friendly staff. Vi booked a superior room with seaview. But you could not see the sea from the room, but if you went out on the balcony og look to the right, then you could ser the sea. I was told that this was the correct room. In that case - the seaview - I would say is oversold. However we got another room the next day, with correct seaview. The balcony here was very very small. All in all a good stay. The top bar/restaurent has a fantastic view.

I’m honestly obsessed with how good the breakfast was! So many options! So delicious! The room was lovely. I had a beautiful view of the sea and fortress. This place is so walkable, while still feeling private enough that it’s not a loud location.

We stayed at the hotel for one week and thought it was lovely. I had seen some reviews that commented on the room size being small but I thought the room size for a standard double room that we had was good and the bed was comfortable. We had a sea view room and enjoyed a nice view of the port and the castle from it, as well as beautiful sunset views to the west from the balcony. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, which would have been nice for summer visitors but it is nonetheless a pleasant stay for many reasons. Some specific positive aspects from our stay that I think are worth highlighting were: 1) The rooms have air conditioning that keep the temperature nice and cool no matter how hot it may get outside. 2) There is a great breakfast buffet that is included for all guests. There is excellent variety of many foods at the buffet and all taste great. More importantly, the buffet is open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, which is wonderful as you do not have to wake up early to be able to make it. 3) The hotel has a partnership with the parking place at the port (across from the hotel) that allows you to park your car there for free. This was extremely helpful for us with our rental car as it would have been very challenging otherwise to find parking spots nearby. Overall, a nice place that we would recommend to others.

We used this hotel just for one night while travelling from Heraklion to Chania. Everything was what we needed, including a restaurant open to midnight and an excellent breakfast. Parking is at the port (half-mile away) but this was easily accessible and convenient to use. Good choice!

Great for its location close to the old town. There is free off-site parking but it is a short walk away. Views from our Junior Suite over the harbour were stunning. It was quiet at night and breakfast was absolutely fine.

Our room is a Junior Suite with Sea View, and it indeed has a beautiful view of the harbor and the Venetian Fort. That breathtaking view and the two small balconies are the most wonderful thing about the room. The downside is that the partitioning sliding door does not work in our room. We mentioned to the front desk right away and they promised to fix it, but the door was never fixed during our week-long stay and there was no follow-up from the hotel. It is very inconvenient for family travel because of the lack of privacy due to the broken door.

Very clean, very nice staff.

When we arrived for our reservation for our stay at this hotel we were informed unfortunately that the air conditioning had broken down and was not going to be repaired for 3 days. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and had arranged for us to be transported to another nearby hotel with an upgrade to a suite. They held our luggage as we had arranged a tour right after our check in and then transported us to the new hotel which was nearby and centrally located. So unfortunately we didn’t get to stay here but it looks so cute and the staff was incredibly gracious.

The breakfast was quite fantastic. Menues varys day by day. I thought the services and rooms were good untill I found the roaches. The first time was infromt of our room, but it was okay and they got rid of it very quick. But the second one was found on the floor at breakfast corner. Besides the roach problem, everything was good.

Hotel and staff were really good, very clean and really good location. Only issue I had was the AC making some noise but that could have been the fan speed. Will definitely stay in this location as well. Parking was also available at the port parking, with a quick walk to the hotel
