The location of the place is the best for city visit by walking. It was clean and nice, with balcony and all facilities you will need to stay few days.

Very clean. Actually, amazingly clean and with great communication. Highly recommended.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and adequately equipped, except for the lounge space where there are too few chairs. The kitchen was modern and a pleasure to use. The bathroom is small with inadequate hot water. A long steep staircase with no lift makes access with luggage very difficult.
The system for the provision of hot water is problematic and does nor supply enough hot water for more than 2 people at one go.
The apartment is situated in a very dilapidated area and looks out onto the backyards of old, slum-like housing. The address is difficult to find (not on Google) and even the transport and taxi drivers had severe difficulty. The narrow access street cannot be entered by a taxi, so luggage has to be carried the length of the street

Great location only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the Jesus Gate. The apartment is at the end of a dead end street so it is incredibly quiet. There’s also a balcony running the length of the apartment which is nice to sit out on even though there’s no “ view”.

Stayed for one night before travelling to chanai. Was spacious and clean! The host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again :)

- Easy check-in and check-out process
- Very good location. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre and the port
- Easy access from the airport by car or taxi
- Easy access to Knossos by car
- Note that the apartment is situated in a narrow road that is a dead end. If you are driving there park your car on the main street
- A few stairs to climb. Might be an issue if you have too many and heavy suitcases

The size of the apartment and the facilities. Very comfortable with good size bathroom. Host was very helpful.

The receptionist was excellent, the apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Nice place.
The only thing I did not like is that they have to have an emergency exit light in the room and at night it is uncomfortable, like sleeping with the light on. Maybe it will not bother some people.

Second bedroom needs storage space, e.g. shelving either side of the door.
It was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean. Owner had thought of everything we might need.

The flat is very modern, clean and well located, 10min walking from the city center.
It's very easy to get the key (there's a box with a code) and it's very flexible as you don't depend on the presence of someone

This is a fantastic and big apartment. It seems new, everything is clean and the furniture is in a nordic clean style. We stayed here only for 1 night, but we would come back. There is lots of privacy, the air con works well and is quiet, the kitchen is well equipped (but we didn't cook) and there is a second bedroom. There is also a long balcony and a living room, which is nice. The Internet worked very well. Communication with the owner was perfect and easy. Everything was reachable by foot within 10 minutes (incl the sea).

The appartement is nice, modern, very clean comfortable and well equipped. It is at the end of a tiny street, so it was very quiet. It is well located in the center of the city. We got the key in a box with a code, which is very convenient. We did not see the host, but he was very reactive and flexible. An address I strongly recommend.

The host was very good in communicating with us even before we arrived & he was right there to welcome us when we did. So helpful in explaining where everything in the apartment was. Very clean & comfortable. Good location to everywhere. Could not ask for anything more. There was even an espresso machine !
Being 3 singles, it would have been nice to have our own rooms, but that is such a small thing.
