Bel hôtel avec un accueil chaleureux, parfait pour visiter Héraklion nous y sommes resté 1 seule nuit avant de partir pour Sitia

Ottima l'accoglienza e la vicinanza all'aereoporto. Siamo stati accolti bene nonostante siamo arrivati tardi, la struttura è pulita e carina.

Stanze piccoline ma efficienti, l'unica cosa che potenzierei davvero è la colazione, da rendere un po' più varia.

Die Lage entweder zum Hafen und ins Zentrum ca 25 Minuten oder direkt durch die Parks ins Zentrum 20 Minuten, ideal vom Airport mit dem Auto zu erreichen, für einen Ausflug nach Knossos bestens, genug Parkplatz immer vorhanden, schlimmstenfalls in einer Nebenstraße, wir hatten bei 3 Aufenthalten keine Probleme, Baeckerei 3 Minuten, tolle Konditorei bei den Parks 5 Minuten, Wäscherei um die Ecke, Tankstelle 2 Minuten, der wöchentliche Markt 9 Minuten. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön, der Balkon ist angenehm. Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr gut, oft mit regionalen Besonderheiten. Viel Freude beim Entspannen auf der Terrasse. Herzlichen Gruß ans Hotel, wir kommen wieder!

The hotel is approximately 15 mins away fron the city centre on a very busy street. The rooms were very nice and clean, the personnel was extremely kind and helpful and breakfast was really good. Overall it was great to stay here

The hotel is located on a very busy street, which means that at every hour of the day there is noise coming from outside, thus it is not recommended to sleep with the windows open. While the room was fairly spacious, the bathroom was quite tight with just enough space to move. Finally, I had booked this hotel also because it offers some parking spots: the parking area is on the main street, opposite the hotel, which makes it a bit complicated, once you reach the hotel, to u-turn and park in tranquillity.

Im Bad hat der Abfluss stark gerochen.

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist Top! Wir könnten uns gut erholen und die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück war super lecker!

Prettige ontvangst. Behulpzaam met zoeken restaurant. Uitstekend ontbijt. Het personeel ging iedereen langs om te vragen of wij nog wat van het buffet wilde hebben, want in 5 minuten gingen ze opruimen

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui est très passante ,et l'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible.

Hotel bien situé par rapport au centre ville que l’on peut atteindre en 10 mns à pied environ. Personnel très sympathique. Propreté irréprochable.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue , l’hôtel n’est pas très bien insonorisé.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est on ne peut plus disponible et aimable. L'hôtel constitue une bonne base de visite de la ville d'Héraklion, à une douzaine de minutes à pied du centre touristique. Avantage très précieux, il se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres à peine d'une station de bus pour l'aéroport.

We chose the location because it was walking distance from the port. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated.

Very noisy, both from the inside (hallway, and a very noisy fridge in the room) and the outside. It is located on a big road that is very noisy until very late at night.

The location is very good, it is both near the port and also near the center of the town. The breakfast is good

The room is very old and small, with old furniture and the walls are very dirty. In the room it was a strange smell. I also had a little spider on the bed. The price was not so diffrent from the other hotels. The rating is too big

Very nice hotel in the city

The hotel was nice and clean, with very good wi-fi in the room and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and they help me with all information needed. The bus station is 5-7 minutes far away and you can take the bus from there in all part of the island. If you walk you can be in 15-20 minutes in the city center.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good selection. There was cheese and meats. Bolied eggs, tomatoes cucumber. Different types of bread and rolls. Fresh fruit juice, coffee, croissants. Toast & jam. You can help yourself so you can choose what you would like and how much. There was a fridge in the room and shower gel and shampoo.

The patio doors to the balcony didn't close properly, so I heard traffic, , but to be honest I didn't tell the night staff as I was already in bed. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed properly so when I tried to turn the tap on the tap and the pipe it was fixed to , moved. Due to this it was extremely difficult to get the tap to work.

The location of the apartment was within 15-20 min walking distance of the city center. The check-in was very smooth and the staff recommended us some very nice local Greek restaurants that we enjoyed a lot! Also one with fresh fish in the city center. The room was very clean and good in size. The buffet for breakfast was nice, maybe missing some more options like croissants or another type of eggs (not only boiled), but it was good.

The wifi was off during one day but the staff was very proactive and able to fix it asap.

I got corner room and early check in. Like off season price is reasonable. Good location near port.

Room is bit cold, breakfast its very very simple, noise peoples around night and im pretty sure that noise can hear reception also but nothing happen.

Breakfast was nice, friendly staff, very easy free parking outside.

We were given a non-smoking room but I can smell cigarettes in the room. I could smell it in the furniture.
