Good Location Friendly Staff Nice Rooms

The overall experience was fine, i just needed to sleep, however the sink was undrained and that was so uncomfortable, also one of the elevators was out of order all the time. Thanks

We arrived in the midnight and the lady was disoriented and has very bad service, I had to go to the lobby 4 times because she didn't know how to program the room keys, on top of that deplorable treatment and she had alcoholic breath. The other staff were very responsible and apologized for the altercation.

A/C and lis pasillos not working very hot aice machine not working. Room dont have microwave They can do better jobs in housekeeping Service. .

The hallway, sheets and room smelled. I tried to get sheets changed but nobody came until the next day after asking multiple times. When the ladies came to my room one lady went into the bathroom and added towels. I tried to explain I only needed my sheets changed. There was a language barrier. They told me to leave the room and goto the lobby for five minutes while they change the sheets. I came back to the room only one bed had been touched and couldn’t tell if they had actually changed the sheets or just remade the bed. The bed still smelled the same. The AC makes a lot of noise. A man did try to follow me to my room. We got on the elevator together went to the same floor. He motioned for me to get off first I did but waited to see where he was going. He went right and back left toward my room. I peeped around the corner to see where he stopped. He was at the end of the hall pretending to be on the phone. I turned around got back on the elevator and went to the lobby for a while. When back up to my room did see him. A little while later looked out the peephole and there was a man on his knees listening to the door across from me. Waited a little the first man came out there was a woman inside and the last man comes down the hall and walks in the room with the woman.

We stayed with my family and we missed the Holiday Inn standard, first when got in the room there was a bad odor and tried to report at least to have an air refreshment unfortunately the phone was not answered and we were tired so we decided to sleep. Next day I reported the cleaning situation to front desk and decided to pay for a suite upgrade thinking that everything would be different but then I understood that was a particular situation with the hotel. The King bed was uncomfortable so my experience was not as good as it should for this kind of hotels. Something that made us happy was the breakfast and the attention in the breakfast area that was good

My room was next to the mechanical / laundry room so it was a little noisy in the afternoon hours. Also, the chairs at the restaurant/breakfast area are old and very uncomfortable to sit on.

AC did not work in room...front desk was no help

Tried to have a drink at the bar but the Barman told me it was close ….. although it was in open hours ….

I had a terrible experience, my room had a horrible odor of paint and I couldn’t sleep well due that, also the restroom got clogged and the water were everywhere.

Wet carpet, door keys not working, VERY overdue a refit, tired throughout. Night manager said he would credit 25% discount for having to move room on first night due to soaked carpet. Never received!

The hotel is a little old and tired. However the breakfast has really improved and the beds are really comfy. Ok for a short business visit. Just wish they would fix the broken mirrors in the elevators. Been coming for 3 years and still the same

I have never stayed in a property where there’s no phone in the room…Where I was made to wait to check-in even though I needed a room much earlier…I’ve never been in a room where it smelled like mildew. I will not EVER stay in a Holiday Inn property and I made the front desk aware of my feelings.
