All was good restaurant and pub excellant

The hotel far exceeded my expectations and it was in good condition, clean, well maintained and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, well-appointed and have lots of natural light. The breakfast was a nice surprise and it was fresh and varied. My only complaint was that my room, with all the lights on, was quite dark and if I were working from my room on this trip it would have been problematic. All in all, I would come again the next time I'm in Edmonton.

The rooms were good. Although, the temperature control was not working properly. The hallway carpet should be replaced and the parking lot could have new lines painted to help spacing for cars.

Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool & hot tub area. The free buffet breakfast was excellent.

The carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators as in other reviews is bunched up, but other then that the rooms where clean and wonderful, the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was basic ( sausage, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, fruit bowl, and some apples and then juices and coffee) but hot and delicious way better than just a Continental breakfast. Pool, hot tub and steam room amazing and relaxing. We wanted to watch the oilers play( we came in to go to scream) in the lounge on the big screen and they put it on for us.

The lady at the check in desk was rude and abrupt. She gave me 2 breakfast coupons and crossed off the time for the one and then told me the wrong time. We ended up missing breakfast the 2nd because of it. The breakfast food was a paltry selection of toast, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon, fruit salad, coffee, juices and yogurt. The place is very much falling apart inside. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows are lumpy. You cannot put the thermonstat under 18 but it also didn't go over 19.

Dated and bit run down. Name on hotel and hotel in website were different. Signage on building said Radisson so had trouble finding the location.

With signage still showing "Radisson" I assume there's been a recent ownership change. I hope this will expedite some much needed renovation. Main floor hallway carpets are buckled and a trip hazard. The coffee packets do not fit the in-room coffee makers. There is a time in the afternoon (2-4 pm) when neither the restaurant or the lounge is open. The lounge signs indicated opening at 4:00, but it was dark when we checked a 4:10
Rooms are nice, clean and the king-size bed was ultra-comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

A nice spacious hotel . The atrium is nicely decorated. The bedroom was also spacious with two queen size bed.
Beds are comfortable, linens are reasonably clean . The price comes with a continental breakfast. The quantity and quality of breakfast are reasonably to the point is quite enjoyable. The restaurant was also quite well kept, clean and tidy . I actually enjoyed my two night stay . It was just like a mini vacation.

We had a great stay. The room was comfy and spacious. 2 chairs to sit in would be nice. The bed was soft but we had good sleeps. The breakfast buffet was nice but needs porridge.

It was a fantastic experience! My boyfriend and I were staying for a convention and it felt like we were on a honeymoon. Everything was clean and well kept, the lights were working, there was a fridge and microwave which was a wonderful surprise and staff was super kind and considerate!
Will definitely stay here again if we’re up in Edmonton, especially since we didn’t get a chance to use the pool 👌

Check in was slow, although I was the only person checking in. Ate at the restaurant “Pub 76”, ordered a Reuben and it was the worst meal I have eaten at a restaurant in years. A breakfast buffet was included, however I only wanted a coffee as I was running behind and to my surprise they wanted $3.50 for a to go cup. Room was comfortable.

Had to ask for towels for the room each night, asked for the sheets to be changed as they were blood stained said we wouldn’t be back till late. Got back around 10pm and sheets still weren’t changed and had to ask again, then they sent security to help change them which was fine. When used the pool no pool towels asked for some and they said they would bring some they never showed. The room was huge though, which was nice.

Check-in person barely spoke to us (she was on the phone ..possibly personal conversation). Room had couch like pillows not bed pillows. Lamp was unplugged when entered room in dark. 2nd morning, wake up to find something in bathtub (maybe sewage). Not showering because of that.

The hotel staff at the reception that I dealt with was condescending. I called to let them know of a late check out and I was amazed of how little of manners she had. I left with my kids before 11am and vowed never to return again.

Hotel was great and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was not very good at all especially for $18 a person. The wesite also states the hotel is permanently closed so that was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay again!

As we checked in AC was not working for the room .we called front desk some one came up and said its red i will try when she tried it worked but stoped an hour later then we called again they changed our room next day at 11am. Offering nothing not even apology . When we checked out we told the front desk told them it was not good experience it seemed it didn't matter it was young guy at the desk .

One of the beds was broken, small
Side table was broken, the door latch didn’t lock proper and the lamp shade had a red stain that was approximately the size of a banana. The front staff were great changing our room and apologized for the inconvenience.
The drink machines at the hotel were also all sold out and we were there for a week and never got refilled.
The beds are comfy but the pillows are not.
The staff were extremely diligent at cleaning the common areas and we even witnessed them painting the floor boards.
Overall except for the room hiccup perfect location as were using the Edmonton Soccer Centre South which is only 5min drive away.
Would stay here again!

I loved this property and the staff but it is in need of renovations. New carpets and furniture as they are dirty, worn out.

Staff were polite and checked me in quickly. Explained the amenities and where the elevator was.
Carpets in the lobby and main hallways are in need of replacement. They could be a tripping hazard. The lounge area in the lobby needing to be cleaned. The tables were sticky and the carpet was very stained. The room was a great size and clean. Fridge worked great. Was hot as heck in Edmonton and the room air conditioner ran nonstop. It’s an older unit and super loud. The bed was fantastic. The shower was a concern. It felt very warped to stand on and the “shampoo shelf” was not actually a shelf??? It was weird. The hand soap was so perfume I used my body wash instead. Check out was a breeze. Would probably stay here again but ask for a ground floor room so it wouldn’t be so hot.

The location was very nice. Parking was a little tight. The pub was understaff. We left, waited for 20 minutes to be helped unsuccessfully. The hotel was very clean and quiet, close to shopping and dining options. The person at the reception when we first came to check in was very cordial and did a great job.

AC was not working in the middle of July with 30 C weather. Asked to repair it but after an hour it stopped working again. Old and needs major renovation.

I booked two queen beds as I had to bring my family with me on a work trip. The beds we received were actually double beds (confirmed by measuring!). The bedding on one had a lipstick stain. There were no real blankets- only a very thin, lightweight cotton weave between two sheets. When I called the front desk to ask whether we could move to a room with two queen beds, the clerk told me that is what I was given. The pool area was very hot and the swimming pool was hot. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in an industrial area, so not too many places to walk to. Staff is friendly and accomodating. The restaurant and lounge are on limited hours so we didn’t eat there except for a small buffet breakfast one morning. Our room was comfortable, but there were some dustwebs hanging off the lights in the bathroom. Overall it was good, but just some little things that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating.
