The place was nasty and didn’t feel safe. Smelt like a cherry car freshener. Guy at counter was nice but we couldn’t stay. Lost $265.00 but I’m still alive. The property has signs posted around not responsible for cars and damage. Asked about that and was told the police could be there in about 1/2 hour. Don’t go there!!!!!!

The price was right for a 4 night stay while we attended F1 Race Weekend at COTA. The rooms do not have coffee makers, so we had to get our coffee from the Lobby. A few times during our stay the coffee dispenser was empty and we had to wait for a refill.
The lobby and hall ways had a strange smell but the room was fine.

Everything was average. Breakfast was continental and only offered cereal, fruit and a waffle. Handicapped room was as far away from entrance as one could get. My wife was using a walker and it took forever to get back and forth.

Hotel was just okay. Beds are hard and need pillows! Older place could use better curtains so you can actually open for sunlight.

I was able to stay in a room with 3 queen beds and it was very spacious. The room was clean. It could use some cosmetic work in the bathroom but overall I was impressed. They were very friendly, clean pool, limited breakfast, but close to everything.

Dirty! Dirty! Bed sheet was dirty, microwave did not work, electric plug in the restroom did not work, sink was clogged, toilet had pee stains… Front desk lady was very rude.

Great location. Pet-friendly a plus. Only two complaints: tub very slippery (accident waiting to happen!); and 2). Ice machine out of order.

Choose this hotel for price. Graduation weekend Texas State Uni. All hotels basically double normal rates. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Had second story room. Had heavy luggage and a dog. Common areas very worn. Room was clean. Struggled every time to close room door when leaving. Lock needed to be repaired. Saw staff on the floor and asked for help with door but they didn’t speak English. Room was on the front side of hotel and close to the freeway. Road noise was bad. Bathroom floor was tiled but had a lot of grout missing between tiles. Front desk employees were friendly enough. Parking was adequate. If ever back in San Marcos, TX would try to stay elsewhere.

Nothing to like dirty they never change the mattress sheets or do the bed the clean up lady only change the towels and drop some hair in the process!!

The property manager and front desk employee were fantastic! So kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay a good one.
The room was very clean. Fresh beds and linens. The bathroom needs a serious overhaul. Rusty fixtures, holes in the walls- small, but there, just dingy. The towels though clean, were thin and rough. However, we needed a room for a night that was affordable. This was perfect for our needs. I would stay there again.

When we first walked into the room it had an overpowering smell of strong Fabulosa or some type of cleaning product. Even the kids thought it was too much. The room had roaches in the bathroom and along the walls in the room. We saw at least 10 during the one night stay. We made sure to shake out all our items and left our bags in the garage when we got home so we didn’t bring them in our house. It was overpriced and not any better than a cheap motel.

It has no elevator. You lugg everything up and down stairs.
The “breakfast” consisted of a waffle, toast/bagel, Raisin Bran or fruit loops. That’s it.

Everyone working there were definitely very helpful! We stayed in a room with the three beds and we fit perfect. We always had clean towels, the pool is VERY clean and again, the employees are all there willing to make it comfortable for you. Everywhere we went was very convenient and not a whole lot of driving…that was a big plus. Thanks again to all who helped our vacation be perfect…see you all next time!

Checked-in 3.5 hours later than expected (11:45 pm). Room was still reserved. Front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Morning person was kind and also helpful. Nice place to stay.

Place was clean. Pool was not. Breakfast bar had bare minimum. Only coffee to drink. No juice or water for kids. Everything ran out by 8am when breakfast ended at 9am. No remote for TV in rooms. They came quicklu to set it up.

1. Property has no elevator and no first floor rooms available.
2. A personal item was accidentally left behind, and we reached out to the hotel immediately on the same date of our check out. Was told that the item was found and held in their office, and I could pick up at my convenience within 30 days. We live out of town, hence the hotel stay. I asked for the item to be returned via shipping at my expense. Multiple phone calls and messages were left with the front desk staff for management; no return call.
