Although the cleanliness wasn't like the ritz carlton; for the price & amenities this was really a great experience! Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but for a cheap, reliable, long-stay this is the place to go.

One night, to pick up person flying in. Quiet, and very nice night. Hotel met all expectations. Real nice basic accommodations. Did not eat breakfast. Place appeared to be very clean, and front desk people were very personable.

The employee at check in made a really rough airport cancellation not as bad. She couldn’t find my reservation but found a solution

Breakfast is just grab and go. Had to go to front desk for things like extra towels or toilet paper.

I booked two rooms for myself and my family members. We checked in at the same time and were told that our rooms were luckily right next to eachother. In addition to checking in, the staff checking in my sister had my sister put in her information on the tablet that was used at the front desk. We checked in June 5th Wednesday and would be checking out June 7th Friday. On Thursday we came back from exploring the area and were relaxing when my sister called me and told me the same staff member who had checked her in on Wednesday barged into their room (without knocking) and told my sister that because they did not reserve the room and it wasn’t under her name, they needed to leave. My sister was confused and told the staff member that they have checked in the previous day and that the room was under my name. The staff member said they would recheck again. Upon hearing this I was immediately dumbfounded and upset. I don’t understand where the confusion was? I understand people come in and out everyday. But what went wrong when my sister checked in? Instead of barging in, why not knock? The abruptness startled my nephew who was rooming with my sister and it indeed made him anxious. We all went downstairs and approached the front desk to where the staff who did that said it was their fault on their end or what not and then they apologized. I am deeply disappointed with how the situation was handled. It makes me wonder what are protocols when similar situations happen.

Pretty gross honestly. The hallway smelled like poop and the room just smelled awful. The bathroom was stained and there was just a command hook stuck to the back of the bathroom door for a towel??? The bedsheets were also stained, and some of the towels were too. There’s no room service, they just tell you to go downstairs and get stuff if you need it. Overall just lackluster, pretty nasty, and the room was disgustingly humid even with the air conditioner on.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was very nice and near a good location. Found 2 spiders in our room, but spiders are everywhere so it is what it is. Was expecting a larger breakfast option, but it was nice that they supplied us with anything! Overall was a nice stay.

My brother and I stayed at the hotel to attend a concert. It was a convenient walk to the venue and the room was clean

First, I was completely unaware of the existence of two separate buildings when I went to go check in. The website I booked the room from didn’t mention that. Then, my friend went to turn on the air conditioning and it was poorly circulated. There is also no fan for the bathroom, so it got very hot after my shower. When I pulled out the sofa bed, not a single sheet was on it and the mattress looked gross. They didn’t even leave the sheets or extra pillows on the shelf for the sofa bed. Thankfully, the staff member at the front grabbed me some pillows and sheets. The staff was very friendly. The only other thing I’ll say is that I wish the breakfast had more variety. All in all, it was okay.
