Very dated, carpet was worn and tearing apart. Bed was comfortable. Food in morning was good.

I have stayed here many times and they are consistently kind, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is in serious need of updating and maintenance. There was also a bed bug carcas found on the bed as we were about to sleep late in the evening after we pulled all the covers down. It was dead and there were no others found anywhere after thorough investigation of the room. So we beleive it may have came in the laundry. But somewhere in this hotel there is an issue.

Rooms were not made up even after I complained. I was told I refused housekeeping which I did not. After day 1 I made sure to remind them to clean my room. Again they did nothing. The toilet seat was broken and I had to kill several bugs. The chair in the room was old and worn out. The free breakfast was good. They did discount the room after I complained at checkout.

Sadly, ended poorly. We left bottles of wine for gifts. We called a few hours after checkout to report this oversight on our part. Told I had to speak with housekeeping supervisor who was not on board when I called. Left message. No return call. Front desk personnel pretended to be housekeeping supervisor. Had to call back. At that time, I was given a message that “no one turned anything in.”

It was close enough to Piedmont Hospital.
The only few things were the door in bathroom was off track so it wouldn’t shut properly and the ac was too loud to sleep.

Friendly staff. Older hotel but clean. Not really any items on free breakfast for vegans besides a bagel and banana. Would like if they added either more fruit, non dairy milks, or non dairy yogurts.
Only issue I had is setting the AC to 62°F and it still not cooling off in the room. Could only sleep 2.5 hours because it was hot.

Of all the hotels so far on our trip, this one exceeded our expectations by far. A little difficult to find, but we felt safe & secure despite being near downtown Atlanta. Great breakfast options & flavorful. Great staff!

Rooms need new mattresses and the floors in the rooms and common areas (and elevators) need a good cleaning. Carpets probably need replacing. The hotel is in a great location and our go to, when we visit our son at Georgia Tech. Breakfast is okay. Just a good hotel at a better price point than others in area.

Front desk staff ignored us for roughly 10 minutes with no other guests in the lobby. They didn’t seem to want us to be there. This was just a halfway point stop on our way to vacation. It was moderately better than just sleeping in the car.

Room was small but nice. Breakfast frequently ran out of items. Business center computers did not work. Laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers, one washer was way out of balance and rumbled and shook horribly. And one of the dryers didn't work.

the room wasn't the cleanest. A/C unit was working but was old, loud, and dirty. Toilet was constantly running which was annoying

The hotel itself was nice and in a proximity to a lot of places. Our first room was not we had a double room and the beds were full size if that. My entire family is over 6 feet tall. We tried to push through, but ended up speaking with the staff and was able to change rooms. Everyone was nice and accommodating

The staff was top notch, sweet and friendly. Everything was very clean. The breakfast, and the ladies who make it are wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Plus that they had handicapped rooms with handrails in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the thresholds are about an inch high going into the rooms and I needed assistance to get my walker over them. We needed to call for maintenance and they arrived in minutes and were very nice. The hotel is a bit older, but well kept up. Free parking was nice. There is a QT across the street. A Target snd a Kroger just down the road and multiple places to eat. The neighborhood seemed very safe. Quick to get on I85.

Check in was pretty smooth. The woman behind the counter was very nice and friendly both times I spoke to her. I choose the hotel for the free parking. Lots of parking but there was no security and there were these 2 guys creeping in the parking lot up to no good because they ran when I started recording them. I did have 3 bugs flying in the room and the sink was outside of the bathroom but that was my fault for missing that from the pictures online. But overall comfortable hotel, great location and the deposit hold was about 50.00 per night.

The staff was good. When I arrived, my room keys didn't work but I had to go to the desk several times before they moved me and when I was moved to a new room, I had the same issue. Once they fixed the door locks, things were fine. I think I am either allergic to the detergent that they clean the sheets with or there are bed bugs but I itched all night until I passed out from exhaustion, so there's that.

Having lived in Atlanta for 35 years, I know the area of the hotel. The lighting of the parking lot is dim and NOT safe. The stairs from the parking deck are dark and a dangerous trip hazard. The windows are not sound dampening enough for being on a busy road or with rude staff hanging out on the patio under room windows hooping it up yelling and talking loud (finally complained after hours of this at 12:30am) you need new mattresses (could feel like springs) Tha AC fan would not run constantly so you can’t drown out the noise outside to sleep. The room was just ok. Not real
Dirty but not really clean. Dated for sure. Dangerously poor parking lighting ideal for car break ins and trips and falls.

A decent hotel for around $100 per night (which is an excellent bargain in Atlanta!)
The only thing I disliked was how you could hear anything & everything happening in the hallway -- there is no sound-dampening for the doors.
But this is a superb value in any event !!!!!

The key card was not working properly. I was put in a room without a tub. I believe the room is for guests who have physical challenges.

Location was good. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent. The room was claustrophobic - too small for two people. The sliding bathroom door didn't lock. Carpet didn't feel freshly cleaned.
