Amazing hotel, perfectly located, great staff. Food could improve a little bit but only if you are very picky and the gym is kind of small but those are the only minor details.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and stuff!!!
First we were at the 4th floor, and I was upset about the room, because it was tiny, not comfortable, and very tired. The next morning we didn’t have a hot water, I asked about that at the reception, and, fortunately, we were moved to the 7th floor. Absolutely different experience! Such an amazing room, beautiful, comfortable, with the nice view and terrace. So appreciate for the upgrade!
All stuff was extremely nice and helpful. I would say I never ever met the same. It’s a big treasure for the owner, keep your team safe, they do all the job!

One of my booked room’s shower area has no cover and hence water all spills out while taking bath and hence making toilet floor all wet. Other than that, its a really great hotel with very friendly staffs

This should never be rated 5 star hotel . The only thing is up to rate is a lobby area. I would never stay here again.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay remarkable. This is a A rated Hotel. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know.

The hotel is close to main attractions like Champs Elisees, Arc du Triumphe, restaurants and subways. Staff is very friendly, concierge very helpful. Breakfast great with many options of bread, cheese, yogurt, coffee, milk. I recommend and will stay at the hotel again.

At around $ 400/night (breakfast included) this was not cheap, but considering this is Paris, good value. Location is less than 10 minutes walking from the Champs Elysees, and the hotel is just around the corner of the Georges V.The breakfast was excellent, typically French, with exquisite baguettes, croissants, pains au chocolat and other sweet rolls. Fresh orange juice, eggs, yogurt... Delicious.The only negative was that the three times that we ordered Caffe Latte in the lobby/restaurant area during the day, it took close to 30 minutes.We will return to the Hotel de Sers.

This hotel says it’s a 5 star and it definitely is a 5 star. The front desk staff is outstanding and the hotel is perfectly situated near the Champs Elysee.
The room had a welcome package of fruit and pasty upon check in. Can’t say enough about all the great service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris

We were happy with our stay at Hotel de Sers during our Christmas vacation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, it’s situated in a great location close to Champs Elysees and other points of interest, and was very quiet. We had 2 rooms that were next to one another (not connecting) but the interior was beautifully decorated and although the rooms and bathrooms were a bit on the small side, they were clean, quiet and nicely appointed. The concierge helped us secure dinner reservations and we never waited more than a few minutes for a taxi.

This was our 2nd trip to Paris so I was looking for the location and Location is what we got! It shares a wall with Four Season George V so you know that your staying in the location. The rooms were small not much space to open luggage. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. They have a restaurant in the hotel it’s a little expensive. Overall I give this hotel a 5 because of its location & cleanliness.

The staff went through all my stuff in my room and stole my money and other stuff... Honestly the worst was the reaction of the hotel director. She never wanted to let me have a copy of the room data and have a look at the camera to know who had visited my room. Looks like something well planned.

The staff from front desk to concierge to doorman to restaurant staff were very nice and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome.

Very pleasent and helpfull staff especially at the reception (24 hrs shifts), where we have reached late, welcomed by the night shift staff to our rooms and found our bags (sent few days earlier) already set in the rooms.

The best thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone there takes care of you very well from check-in to check-out. And they add nice touches like leaving you tomorrow's weather during the turn-down service.
The location is good, only a few blocks from the Champs Elyesees.
The room is furnished very nicely, and the bathroom is nice with a good bath and shower. Also, there is good, free wireless all throughout the hotel. Which is a big plus since most other hotels nickel and dime you for it. The only small negative is that the room, I had a standard, is pretty small with not a lot of walking room for your luggage.
I would definitely return though 100%.

The staff was outstanding from start to finish! The location was perfectly situated between 3 different metro stops. Right off of the Champs-Elysee.
We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The room was a little small, but perfect for us!

Well I was one of the many people stranded due to the volcano and must say not feeling like the happiest traveler, but the staff at this hotel got me right back into the swing of things!!
I have stayed at no less than 15 hotels within the Paris area in the last 2 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and truly I felt as though I owed them something more than I paid for all their great service and consideration.
While this is not the cheapest hotel in the city, this is the kind of service and warmth you seldom find at any hotel in the world no matter what the price.
I am now a one hotel person while in Paris and look forward to returning soon,

There is nothing more to say about L'Hotel de Sers except that it is worth every penny.
The location puts you around the corner from the Champs Elysee, and if you go in the other direction, you are about a 5min walk to the Eiffel Tower.
The staff is more than helpful, and willing to help you with your french.
The rooms are modern, comfortable, clean, and what you expect to see at a 5 star hotel.
A must in Paris!
