Not what is advertised. Very old. Spa tub is advertised, but is limited to one room, not for all. We were given the room with the spa tub because we were not happy with there not being one for the hotel. It did not work and was very hard to get in and out. Haven't eaten yet, but appears to be a free breakfast, although advertised as available for a fee. Room was clean but around the building is very run down and not kept up. Pool is not usable at this time.

Convenient and nice

Check-in went smoothly. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Hot tub was broken and the pool was still closed. Restaurants were within walking distance. The handicapped accessible room could use another grab bar in the shower and a higher toilet. Also, the bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

Property, clean, but appears to be in transition. There was a painter there as well as 15 or more large cardboard boxes stacked up like a wall in the lobby. I think they were some sort of furniture. Not very welcoming. Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was lackluster. Only offered decaf coffee. Property is near highway and you do hear the highway noise in the room.

Property did not provide what is listed under their amenities. No gym. And a roach was in our bathroom.

The staff was very nice, but the cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired.

The property was near the interstate. The Waffle House was right behind the hotel.. I didn't care for the cleanliness of the room. The floor carpet was not clean. It had what seemed to be white paint stains and there was rose petals left on the floor i guess from the prior guests stay. There was dirt particals on the floor too. The bed was rather large and comfortable. Not enough tissue and towels in the room. The vending machines do not work. There is no elevator so it was hard to get luggage up the steps to get to the second floor. Lastly, I had to wait because they couldn't find my itinerary booking. I showed them my confirmation email with the number and where I had paid but i still had to wait until they located my booking. Not mentioned upon booking, I was asked for a $150 cash deposit. So anyone booking, please be aware of a possible deposit.

I booked a room with a jetted tub. It was an extra $35 then the standard 2 queen that was available. I got in late from driving all day and I wanted to take a hot bath. The room I got when I settled in and finally got to fill the tub the drain plug didn’t stay in place and the jetts didn’t work. Nothing turned on. I was able to lay the plug in, in hopes it wouldn’t move from filling the tub. I made it work but when I got in it slowly would drain so I kept having to re-fill so I had water in the tub. It’s disappointing because I was not told when I checked in that the tub was broken. If I knew I would have asked for the standard room to save money. So I basically paid $35 extra for nothing. Won’t be back.

The pool was closed. They let me check in an hour and half early. The room needed some tlc. The ac was not the best. I would say my stay was ok, cant beat the price.

The hotel was clean for the most part. Our room had a musty smell from the air conditioner. I opened some air freshener and that helped. Breakfast was typical but good. Enjoyed our stay, we had a whole softball team there, I did not hear any major complaints. I would stay there again. Pool does not work, this was a disappointment because after playing softball all day the girls would had liked to swim. Front desk was good.

the pool was not open. the ice machine did not work. the breakfast egg's were cold in the middle. will not stay there again despite have business there a lot during the year.

Overall stay was okay.

The room smell like smoke. Regardless of smoking room it shouldn’t smell like it. Blanket had cigarette holes, pillow cases and sheets dirty, and towels and rags stained. This was a nightmare.

The property itself was good, the front desk clerk was very respectful and helpful through this very stressful situation. This wasn’t my first time running into this problem but every time I book through the Expedia app I run into some problem while trying to check in. This problem took over half an hour to fix. For some reason when I would book the room through Expedia it would tell me that my order went through and process the payment through my card, taking the money out.. but when I show up to the hotel it’s almost as if my reservation wasn’t made.

Bathroom inadequate. No freezer in fridge. Housecleaning friendly and helpful.

It’s a good hotel with courteous staff. It’s not so great for business because the WiFi is very unstable and goes on and off.

The lobby was very nice and breakfast had all of our favorites - hot biscuits, fresh mandarin oranges and bananas, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese. The breakfast attendants were courteous and kept everything well stocked. Overall, it was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The bedding had burn holes. A roach was on the wall alive. The sheets was very dingy was kinda skeptical about them being changed from the pass guest 🤔. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs who and where do they do this at? The man at the counter was musty but for the price what should I have expected I would not stay here again and no I didn’t even attempt to eat breakfast after seeing a roach in the room.

It was clean but you have to call front desk to have them turn air conditioning on and the phones in room don’t work had to use personal phone to call front desk

Made reservations a month in advance only to drive 3 hours there and be told the air conditioner was broken in our room and they had no other room for us. Had to look for a different place to stay. Not a bit happy with this .

The elevator was out. The ac didn't cool. Took filters out so dirty it was retarding air flow. After cleaning it worked better. Beds need upgrade as well as wash cloth and towels. It wasn't a pleasant inn. Lacking quality whole place smelled of curry..
