This was a nice half way location for us. Rooms were a lot nicer than expected and the staff were amazing.

On the pictures looks better. When I saw the room I felt like I gone back to 90'. Elevator not working. I can't say was so bad, but was the worst hotel I have ever visited in the UK. I would say actually is more like motel.

This is a motorway services hotel. The view looked out to the car park. That was fine and to be expected. The staff were super friendly and the room clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and a great sleep it provided. Will return.

This hotel I have stayed quite a lot of times.Tbe staff are all great and very helpful. They do a great Pizza.Done by the front counter person.Takes about 10 mins from order and made to order. If you want any other type of food plenty of outlets In the services attached KFC,Burger King ,Chopsticks,Subway,Starbucks With Starbucks open 24 hours and a Waitrose and WH smith shops next to hotel in the services with Waitrose closing around 2300.

Good location for Leicester City and Space Centre.

The only "fault" was the crack in the washbasin.

V helpful and friendly staff at reception. No plug socket by the bed. Heating control wouldn't work.

The hotel was average and fine for a one night stay just to rest before making a journey back home rather than travelling between Essex and Leicester twice in one day! The only issue we had was that the charging points were not working when we arrived and it looks like they hadn't been working for some time and we specifically booked this hotel because it advertised that it had electric charging points for our EV. This was disappointing but not the end of the world, we just had to stop at another nearby location the next morning for 45 minutes to charge up before we made our way home.

Could do with a smoking shelter or something

Welcome reception very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Feeling for my small dog for one night too much. Needs revising.

Good value for a one nighter stay when travelling. Issues with the lift which would not stop at 2nd floor!

It was decent with good staff. The room did not come with a fridge which was a bit inconvenient

During my stay the lift took a very long time to leave the ground floor no matter how hard the button was pressed. The room was overall clean and tea/coffee ect, was provided in the room. Unfortunately later on it was quite noisy been a motorway service hotel, some form of maintenance was taking place outside, and they is no bar on site.

This is a hotel I use regularly when going to Leicester the staff there are very welcoming and do what they can for you. You wouldn’t think was at a services not much noise.

This place is a no frills place to get a few hours of sleep.

Basic but provides what you need

This place isnt quite. The double glazing windows do little to keep outside noise out. None of the doors in the place are soft close and you hear them slam heavily constantly. Alarms are always going of in the hotel for no reason. You get approached with people offering to sell you TV's in the car park.
