I stayed only one night. Room 309. The room was clean. The bathroom also. The complementary breakfast was tasty. The heaters grid needs some cleaning.

It was excellent and I will stay again.

To say outdated is to say nothing. Room had spiderwebs in it, damaged walls and furniture. Mattress was ok. I would question the freshness of the sheets though. The cord from coffee machine was too short to plug it without moving to the floor. Remote did not work properly. Constant noise from the road. Ac worked ok- quiet and efficient.

This property had several safety related repairs needed. No one ever contacted me about my stay. The management of that location should be reviewed

A motel on steroids is what I’d call it but breakfast was not bad.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I wouldn’t have been back if the first stay wasn’t nice. I intend to stay again.

Everything was great, goung ro book a complete weekend vacation there to enjoy all the amenities the facility has to offer.

Booked a handicap room. It had a walk in shower and that was about it. Only one grab bar in the entire room. It was in the shower. Shower drain was very slow causing water to end up on bathroom floor. They could not seem to fix it. The toilet was super low. My wife was unable to get off it by herself. When I called the front desk she sent a maintenance guy to bring an “extender”. He brought a plunger instead and could not figure out what we needed. Marie (the desk lady) was excellent and came to the room herself, but the extender was of little or no help. Trying to plug anything in near the bed like a CPAP would not have been possible without my help. I had to move the mattress to do so. The window would open which is nice but the screen had a large rip in it. There was a fair amount of noise from I94. They had a pipe break and there was no water for about 5 or 6 hours in the morning. Tried to check out at the front desk at around 10:30am. There was no one at the desk so I finally just left after about 10 minutes. I called a little later and after about 5 minutes someone answered and claimed they were there all morning. I tried to talk to the manager about these issues including suggestions to make things more handicap friendly. All I got was excuses like “all of our toilets are like that” and “another grab bar would not be useful.”

Requested rooms with a pass through door, and the hotel paid no attention to that. The bed was missing a top sheet underneath the quilt that was never changed and when I discovered this, there was no one available to fix the bed. Check in people were rude.

This property is in need of a lot of repairs and upgrades. Was a nice place at one time.

This hotel is old and tired and we stayed there only because it was the only option available for a game weekend. The price we wait was ungodly given the hotel but it was all we could find in the vicinity.

Old building, bathroom door didn’t lock and fan broken. Worn out and tired!!! Not updated at all

Super comfortable bed and amazing shower head

The rooms were ok but was missing the sofa bed. This meant we had no seating except a rolling chair that was uncomfortable to sit. There’s free breakfast but nothing great, the usual greasy scrambled eggs and tater tots and sugar overloaded cereal. There was a coffee machine but they did not give us refills on the pods for the other days. We had to pay for it and collect it from front desk, despite paying a pretty high price (200 per night per room) for an average room. The beds weren’t made either or bathrooms cleared (I understand they are cutting down on replacing the towels etc but they could have at least made the bed). I have had better service from far cheaper motels.

The day we arrived the front desk gal was not friendly, informative and I had to ask questions (wx breakfast). The toilet holder on the wall was off the wall. Back door was constantly open n easy access for anyone not staying to walk in. I called in wa question on my bill and the gal working yesterday 9/2 in the morning- was unfriendly and not helpful. The continental breakfast- same for 4 days. Wet on the floor by eggs and some people almost slipped. The tables were filthy. I was expecting more being a Wyndham - sadly no!!!

Wife spent 2 hours washing floors in suite as they were filthy ac didn’t work prop

Good location

Usually my go to place. Great pool! Usually VERY clean & comfy. Getting to second floor rooms is a big pain with any amountnof luggage. Could've been cleaned a little better this time. Breasfast is always the same whick is ok except for the sausage links and bussiness room seems to be out of working order very often. Comfy beds, GREAT staff, easy parking but recent increase in price caused me to go else where last few trips.

It was a comfortable distance from U of M campus.

Lobby areas and staff are nice. The rooms are old with small tv’s.

This was part of a road trip. It had good shopping nearby. The rooms are generally in good condition, though if you look close enough, you can see where caulking was missing or loose. It looked like it had been recently worked on, but maybe a few details were ignored.

Loved the property.

The pros: convenient location; comfy bed; decent size room; tile floors (vs carpet); staff promptly brought bedding when we called for it; free breakfast The cons: pull out sofa bed had bad stains, crumbs, and no bedding in room; 4th floor had a weird smell and ice machine wasn’t working (on any floor); AC wasn’t working great. Lots of humidity in the room. Stains on ceiling (pictured). Room wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel ‘clean’ either.
