This comfort inn at Saco ME was a good choice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a definite plus for us. Was a great experience overall. Would recommend this.

It was right off the highway so it was easy to find. It was also easy to get into town to the stores and the restaurants.

Visiting UNE with our son we stayed over this past weekend, very conveniently nearby the campus, very comfortable beds, unfortunately, there was a basketball team so they were rather loud, other than that I recommend this other for its location and comfort.

Checked into my room to discover a big keak in the ceiling and wall. It was late so I did not mention it that night. When I told the front desk agent the next morning they did not offer me any solution and just told me that there is consturction on the 5th floor (i was on the 2nd). Left without finishing my stay.

Was not able to sleep at all due to screaming,yelling and slamming of doors .. I was on the 4th floor it was aweful and I had to drive 10 hours the next day home

The bathroom and bed were clean, but the room needed to be vacuumed as there were food crumbs all over the rug and dried plaster or concrete chunks on the bathroom floor. We requested that the room be vacuumed, which they responded to politely and quickly. However, it was still barely vacuumed and the floor was left unclean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The free breakfast offered a lot to choose from and was well prepared. Despite the room floor being dirty, we would stay there again.

The cleanliness of the room was way below the expectations. The sheets were dirty, there were food crumbs on the headboard, and trash left on the floor. Staff member were very loud in hallways and in the breakfast area.

Very noisy it was under construction and we not told they drilled from 8 am to 7 at night we drove a long way and wanted to sleep but couldn’t because of the noise

This used to be a Hampton Inn and I always stayed there because of the location. I decided to try it to see if they maintained the Hampton Inn level of service. Overall it was equal with one exception, single ply toilet paper. Really? That is where you decided to cut costs? I think you could afford a decent sheet of toilet paper for your guests.

The good: For me, the beds are very comfortable. They are some type of Simmons Beauty rest, not too soft, not too firm. Meanwhile I am the princess and the pea about beds. so.
The bad: I feel it needs better upkeep- The heating unit was so noisy that I had to heat the room up, then shut the heater off for the night so I could sleep.
I stayed there at Thanksgiving and not of the soda vending machines worked, some "network" issue. A month later I stayed again, still not fixed. No water or soda for me! So yeah, great beds, but upkeep needed!

We were happy to get a room and avoid driving in unsafe winter weather. All staff that we met were very nice. This is a dog-friendly hotel and we saw several dogs in the lobby and elevator.

This hotel is very pet friendly. They provided us with a room on the second floor just off the stairwell to a walking area.We were so comfortable that when the weather turned bad, we extended our stay another night.

I will definitely be staying here again. This Comfort Inn was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great! It was close to everything I need to go to. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.
