The staff was prompt and helpful when we ran out of supplies like shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. They did a great job cleaning the rooms and parking was great. It would’ve been nice to have more options for the continental breakfast though.

Stay was very comfortable. Take note that if you get assigned a second floor room there will be quite a few stairs to climb from the underground parking to your room. Otherwise, room was clean and was equipped with what you need to enjoy a stay. I will be coming back.

This place needs to stop buying cheap stuff to kaje it look good. Floors coming up. Toilet cracked as i sat on it (im not large) drawer handles coming off. The staff is the only reason why i didn't leave. They're great and know the owners are cheap

For a stopover place, it served its purpose.
Room facing the PCH street side has traffic sounds all night.
Disappointed that the ice machine was out of service.
Wakeup call came an hour later than I had requested.
Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Overall the hotel was okay. The room was in need of a renovation. The laminate flooring was splintering. The toilet was too close the wall causing the tank lid to shift. The base boards were worn and needed repainting. The handle in the shower spun over 360 matching it difficult to control the temperature and turn off. The beds were comfortable.

It’s within walking distance to Redondo beach pier and it was so easy to check in. The room was clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Definitely staying there again next time.

The property was clean and basic

The room itself was not maintained well and felt rundown/unkept. The floors were chipping,
AC was poor, and the bathroom was quite minimal. Construction on the hotel grounds and street noise was also unpleasant. Only came to the hotel to sleep and I’m glad it worked out that way. I guess you get what you paid for as it is affordable, but not worth it to us.

First off the hotel is the bottom on the Ramada chain... run down property with a paint job. But main issue is they came into my room without my permission!!!
We had the do not disturb sign up, left for a few hours and found our room had been entered without any notice. We had valuables laying out that could have been easily stolen! But more importantly, our privacy was invaded!
Spoke to Ryan the General Manager who gave me a sad excuse to enter our room, claiming they had to check a mattress tag. Gave no concern for our privacy, just keep saying he had the "right to do". Oh really!? You may have the "right" but that doesn't make it right!
On top of that the room was dirty all over. No attention to detail at all! And the bathroom was all molding. Will never stay there again!

The Hotel was very Clean ,great location ,it needs some renovations but the staff was not very nice I went down a couple times to ask some questions and staff looked irritated by my questions and this was different staff on different shifts and days which says a lot I’m giving the hotel 3 stars the front desk staff unfortunately lowered the score for this place.

Hotel was old, pictures on website are deceiving. AC unit in small attached room blew a fuse. Floors felt diry when walking in bare feet. It was a place to shower and sleep.

We stayed at this property for 4 days. Here are the issues we faced.
-When we reached at the property, we requested for drinking water. There was no facility for water. The receptionist said he can’t give us water that time so we had to rush to 7-eleven store to get water.
- We stayed there 4 days, out of which only one day cleaning was done that too on our request.
- We stayed in many hotels before this was our pathetic experience with this property. I will NOT recommend this property at all. Worst service!

It was only 2 blocks away from the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk away from the Redondo Pier. It was a great stay for someone on the go. I will definitely be back.

This property is essentially a renovated apartment building. The rooms are in bad condition. The flooring had cracks and large gaps between boards. The ceiling fan had caked up dust on the blades and didn’t work. The bathroom fixtures were coming of the walls, the door was broken and splintered at the bottom the fixtures were spotted and had rust around the base, and the control for the bath/shower literally fell off when turning on the water. The water pressure was abysmal. The underground parking was entirely to cramped and every night I was there there was at least one car left idling with people hanging out inside it. The courtyard became a hangout area at night and I can’t say that the people hanging out were guests, but they smoked a lot of weed literally right outside my room door. The room was not worth the price being charged.

First time here, great place walking to the park/beach/Beach pier. Staff was good. Rooms weren’t bad. Could do a little better on the breakfast thought. Other than that was great.

The bed is held up with some cheap partical board and makes loud noises when anyone moves on it. I won't be able to sleep knowing the bed can collapse at any second.

My stay was great, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Clean rooms. I had a no smoking but the toilet lid and the refrigerator door had cigarette burns. I told the staff and they made note of the issue. Nice place to stay and a great location.
