We’ve loved the stay here during our move from here to another home before it’s ready! Everyone has been so kind and nice! It’s cute, very quiet with a nice spa and sauna! Nice to use after a long day of moving! We love it here! We will always recommend our friends come here when they visit!

Cheap an convenient

The room was clean, however very dated and since it was dog friendly smelled like dogs. Biggest complaint was we did not have a trash can of any size in our room.

Loved the open window to the ski mountain allowing the natural breeze inside. The area was quiet, and while there were kids on property, quiet hours were followed and enforced. Thanks!!

The location was nice and the room was clean; just needs to be updated. We had trouble with the shower- either all hot or all cold.

Room was not cleaned aside from linen changes; hadn't been swept or vacuumed, dirt in sink and on vanity, used dirty washcloths in a pile next to the sink. Sheets and pillow cases were full of clumps of hair, shower curtain was 9 inches too long and presented a serious tripping hazard in the shower. Room felt dirty and smelled like mold.

Overall I’ve been going here for many years with previous owners and new owners and for the first time we will be looking for other conveniently located place to stay it continues to go down hill upon each visit the hotel is always priced accordingly and gets the job done though

Got locked out. No staff to help. The place was a mess. Expedia did not represent this place well.

Wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the listing (no kitchenette) but overall a great stay in the off season!

hands down the foulest hotel I have ever walked into. The first room they rented to us had a non-working toilet with water leaking from its base. After that, they moved us to another room. The other room was even worse. The room reeked of a rotting corpse... Upon further investigation we come to find out the sink drain was clogged causing a backup into the basin. There was mold and various other things growing inside of the sink water. When I looked up at the mirror there was a handwritten message in lipstick, that wrote, "This sink is broken, and it smells like sh**!" I need group therapy after this experience... please send warm thoughts

It is cheap price, good location. Bed was very uncomfortable, no staff around the facility. Advertised as having breakfast but there was no breakfast.

I great deal for the price, clean and kept up for being a bit older.

I am really enjoying my stay here. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

When we got to the hotel, we were told where our room was and found out that there was no elevator (had to lug our big chest up the stairs and my husband has a bad back). The receptionist was not trying to go out of her way to add any information that could be beneficial and when we asked a question, she barely gave us answers. We got to the room and the fridge was not working. The plug was too short to plug in and so we moved it (regular-sized fridge) and it still didn't work. The room felt dirty and the drawers (which were surprisingly stocked with supplies) were dirty as well. I really was shocked by the room. We were moved out of that room into our 2nd room and it had bunk beds vs the King we thought we were getting. It was a little cleaner, but the tv remote didn't work. Finally got one that did. The carpet was trash. We decided that we were too tired to request a third room and just stayed. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again, if we can help it :(. I wish we had taken photos as I see that this is an option to upload here.

Great Keystone location along with a reasonable price. Parking on site and plenty of options within walking distance.

room was clean , poor rating due to the check in. Check in 4 pm there is nobody working the desk , had to call multiple times and finally a young girl showed up 20 min late . Apparently there is no employee working the desk at all from what we saw

There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in or check out. We had to knock clean on doors to find someone. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Staff was very friendly and efficient on check-in. Accommodations are dated, but, in excellent condition. We were looking for a simple overnight stay, and this more than exceeded our expectations. Coffee and tea in the lobby was fresh and ready when we were ready to leave at 4:45 a.m. We are planning to stay at this same location next year for the same annual event. Thank You.

HORRIBLE

The room was pretty run down, toilet seat was falling off, not a trash can in either the room or the bathroom, no backup toilet paper from the half a roll in the holder. Nobody at the front desk until 4 o’clock. Not sure we will stay here again.

I didn’t stay there. Contactless entry. The lobby looked fine. No cars in parking lot. No one else seemingly present in building. My room was dirty—an open soda can on the nightstand. The carpet filthy and ripped up. The room smelled of fried food and urine. The headboard for the bed had Xs painted on it. The sheets to the bed were wrinkled as if they had been wadded up in the washer. I couldn’t stand the smell and left promptly after checking in. I want a full refund and hope no one else is subjected to this property.

No one at the front desk hardly. Front lobby smelled from Marijuana. Don't change linens or towels.

The experience was horrible, noone was available at the front desk. They gave a phone number that noone answers and the mailbox was full. I had to reset my room key daily, the 2nd floor smelled like gas all the time. The rooms are out dated, everything is falling apart and they smelled like cigarettes. I will never again stay at this lodge, we booked a total of 15 rooms and we all are very disappointed. We hope the facility takes in consideration our conserns.

Very pleasant and beautiful stay

Stay was nice and quiet. Price was reasonable for the room. I would definitely go back if I’m back in the area.
