The hotel facilities and staff were great. The hotel is beautiful, room was clean, and our requests were honored. Lobby and floors smelled great. The restaurant staff was very accomodating. Our only complaint was the sheets were stained. Looked like someone had just used them. Also the towels were yellow with age and bathrobes were scratchy.

The property was overbook due to improper inventory control, so we had to be sent to a different hotel about 15 mins away. We went informed of this until we arrived to the hotel and the hotel manager informed of the overbooking. She was very rude with her delivery

The rock climbing area and gym were exceptional.

The view was nice, and it's great that they allow dogs!

Awesome hotel! From the minute I stepped in the door, I was treated like royalty. And, they were great with my dog. Clean rooms, beautiful decor and friendly staff. I’ll be back!

Great location and very clean. My wife doesn't care for smoke so this is a bonus with it being smoke free. Rooms are very roomy, and clean. The only thing is that the A/C does not blow enough. During the day it would maintain between 73-74 while it was set to 68. Night was perfect so able to sleep. Other than that great place

This hotel was very nice & well maintained on the inside. Staff was top level in customer service. The room was very clean. Downside was there was very little amenities. What was the most discouraging, was for the amount of service fee to stay at this hotel, was the fact the parking garage was not attached to the property, it was across the street and down a little ways. Yet it didn’t have onsite security, nor staffed with a employee, and the garage was not well kept , like the hotel with signs posted, park at own risk and to top it off, the amount they charge to stay at there facility, they charge you $7 a day to park or $12 a day to go in & out. I paid $1600 to stay 3 nights, witch was surprising to have to pay to park in there parking garage, this was pretty surprising being that there associated with Hilton brand. But with that said this hotel is exceptionally nice and very well maintained, I would stay there again if in the area.

This was such a nice stay!!

The property was a non-casino hotel which we LOVED. The parking garage was across the street and because we are here during an event that closed the street, it was a real pain. We felt the hotel should pick up the valet parking at this point. It took us an hour and a half to self park! We would definitely stay here again at this hotel.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located to our event.

The room was large, clean, and modern. The hotel staff were friendly. The only complaint would be that several roads around the hotel were closed causing traffic congestion on our way to the airport.

Comfortable bed, nice clean room. The area is quiet and great location. I like the Cafe W happy hours - the food was delicious.

Perfect location and right in the heart of everything. Although it was a pet friendly hotel it was clean and did not smell. I will be back and staying there.

Good, clean place to stay. Was surprised there wasn’t a pool but didn’t miss it since I was in town to visit family. Cafe had good food and big portions. Valet guys were nice and smiling. I would stay again. Best part, I had my 2 dogs with me.

So I am struggling how to review this hotel, because the amenities overall fit my needs as a business traveler. The hotel restaurant was excellent food & service. The gym/sauna & rock climbing is also very cool. My issue was senior management failed to address my 3 complaints over a 3 night stay regarding that my TV was not working properly which resulted in me not being able to watch a program I wanted to specifically watch on my second nights stay. Rather than give me another room or even offer a concession he spoke down to me in a very offense way. So to pay top $$ and get bad senior management service, unless you have an extreme desire to rock climb ....I have to say look to stay elsewhere when visiting Reno.

We always enjoy our stay at Whitney Peak. Check in and check out are always fast and convenient. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We have made Whitney Peak our home when visiting Reno. Great location, Great staff, the cafe is excellent, it always smells amazing when you walk in and everyone is smiling and friendly. They let us bring our dog and she is quite spoiled. She gives a 4 paws up approval rating

Easy check in and check out. Every place I needed or wanted to go to was walkable. The Reno Event Center was a few blocks away.
