Was okay. Sheets had a strong smell of bleach. The shower had mold in the tile grout. Overall did not feel very clean aside from the bed.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and the frig froze my salad that I had for work lunch the next day. But the happy hour was nice and the restaurant had a good burger.

I was charged a " incidental fee" just in case I used something or damaged rhe room". I've never been charged this before at this hotel & I've stayed many times. It's not stated in the price with the fees.It should be. The room was fine, I appreciated the extra towels. Not quiet this time as there were softball tournaments & lots of fun happening with parents & kids. Food was okay but they ran out early. Food staff said they didnt know so many people were going to be there. My stay was ok.

Our stay here was great. The only complaints we have is about the low toilet and the horrible bed. The toilet was extremely low for us tall people and the mattress was old and they tried to fix it with a cover. That cover over the mattress didn’t work. The bed was sinking in and extremely soft; we had to fight to get out of bed, we wound get stuck. Even the pillows were extremely soft. By the time we left both of us had horrible back pain that lasted for days.

This property has been ‘rode hard!’ Staff was great… but the restaurant was waaaayyyy understaffed!!
Rooms smelled like stinky feet and mold. Designs in bathrooms were really slow today drain.
Breakfast was great and location was convenient to many amenities.
Overall would not stay again… property needs a deep cleaning!!

We arrived at check in time to a stressed out staff because there was a line up of check ins and the rooms were not ready. Once we got to our room it obviously had not been cleaned. Beds were made and towels looked clean. However, there were used Que tips on the living room floor along with other debris that made it apparent that the room had not been vacuumed. We then found black curly hair on both beds and in the bathroom sink.
We were offered for the room to be clean “again”, half off of our stay as well as vouchers for a future stay.
I like Embassy Suites however I would not recommend this location.
