Resort needs repairs. Carpet was all bunched up by the bathroom and dinning area. Bathtub leaned down and was slippery.

Was more than we expected, all the staff was very helpful courteous and friendly. We had such a great time we extended our stay 2 extra days.

We got to the hotel at 4:03. Check in time is 4pm. They only had one person checking in. By the time we got checked in it was 4:48pm. The lady was nice enough but absolutely rediculous that they only had one person checking in on a Saturday at check in time. When we got to the room things only got worse. We got a DIRTY room. No bedding on the bed, it was bare. Pillows thrown all over the place. No trash bags in the trash cans, no shower curtain, no soap or towels. I called the front desk and they had house keeping up fairly quick. BUT now me and my family had to sit in the room for quite some time watching people clean the room that should have been cleaned to begin with. We had dropped our stuff off then went back out so when we returned it was past my son’s bedtime. We planned on putting our son to bed as soon as we got back to the hotel and that was when we realized all the room was dirty. There was no indoor kiddie pool as advertised and the “indoor pools” were actually partially outdoor. We will not be staying here again. For the price we paid vs what we got? I’m left super displeased and upset.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but everything was good. The bed was comfortable. The oceanfront view was simply amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

The foldout bed is nasty dirty. There’s roach in the room. Carpet is dirty bad shape. Carpet has stain. Towels are not clean and white.

The area is very peaceful . Couple of places to walk to for food. The North Tower is very quiet since no pools have it. We loved the heated pools and the kids amenities. Our room was very spacious and most of the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the free admission tickets to area attractions. Getting one free was a nice bonus. House keeping checked on us each day. Only minor things like hotel is showing some age. Our room had minor things. Over all was very pleased. Our grandson loved it. The view from the condo was so nice.

Room was showing age. View on the balcony is outstanding. Cafe is very good for breakfast/ brunch. Maggie and the rest of the cafe staff are great.

We had issues in the beginning but it was resolved. But all in all it was a good stay and will stay again. We will definitely make sure we get the bigger room for the wheelchair to go through the door with ease.

Good ocean view from room. Elevators were slow during peak times. Parking is across the street. Check in was slow. Only 1 person at the counter. I liked the room, and they emptied trash and changed out towels daily. Overall, I had a good stay.

Had elevator problems constantly, and they need someone to clean the dried goobers off the elevaor doors , very dirty inside and out you can tell they never get cleaned .

The room had no hot water. The biggest issue was that my room had a door connecting to the next room and the door on my side couldnt close so it couldnt be locked.

Had a wonderful stay at Ocean Reef. I was there for a long weekend and the property was nice and the staff all very friendly. The poolside bar was pretty neat and had decent food and drinks options. Great value for the money.

Cons- There were large cockroaches all over the outside patio. All staff tend to be on their phone or flirting with guests. Front desk seemed to hate being their or annoyed that you were in line. Pros- The rooms were very nice and clean. A lot of parking options. Pool area was fun.

The resort was really close to the beach so it was nice to walk whenever you want.
One thing i hav troble was a elevator
Going down botton from where i was was broken so had to go one floor up or down for the elevator, except that part i had good time.

Really nice place, but I realized after I checked out that the girl at the front desk never gave my driver’s license back to me that she needed for check-in. I went back and asked about it and also later called the manager at he said they didn’t have it.
Not happy at all about this. I have had to pay for a replacement license, and I’m not happy about this. How do you lose someone’s driver’s license?

We were pleasantly surprised after reading few reviews online. We like the hotel and staff ,we took oceanfront room and view was breathtaking. Corridor carpet is way too old but that didn’t bother me as room and view were nice. There is a breakfast place with buffet that was bad , food quality wasn’t great for the price it’s not worth it . I have never seen or had a bad omelette, service was good , food was bad!! Close proximity to beach and we loved our stay !! Thank you !!

This resort was a very nice place to spend a weekend. The swimming areas are very nice except highly chlorinated. Not much to walk to. One restaurant and a Starbucks. Everything else you need to drive to.

The staff is good at their jobs. This is our second visit to the Hotel. Great pool and great Beach access. Beds are comfortable.

With the exception of the location, which was on the beach, the furniture and carpeting were quite worn and dirty. The room also smelled of stale cigarettes. Will not come back.

I was disappointed with the property. It looked old and dirty. The door kept getting stuck and and the sliding door on the balcony didn't close properly. There was one time of my staying that there was no hot water during my shower.
It indeed has a beautiful view to the ocean, and whenever i was in the room, i would spend most of my time in the balcony. The gym, was not great. Some of the equipments needed maintenance. The hot tub was relaxing, and the pool were nice.

The property is very nice. Clean rooms. Quite a bit of walking. Good Breakfast Buffet. Parking is terrible. We were told to park in the parking garage which is caddy corner across the street. Being handicapped, this was not easy. There are about a dozen handicap spots on the property but if you want to go anywhere, you can count on losing that spot.

Everything was nice as far as the property. My son really enjoyed the pools and splash park. The beds weren't the comfiest. There was no hot water on the last night (Sunday) and Monday morning. The phone didn't work. The ladies that were on shift seemed like they hated their jobs whenever you went to the desk. Not friendly at all.

Overall this is a good place to stay and I’d definitely go back! The rooms are a little dated, and we had no hot water the morning we were checking out. Staff was very friendly.
