The hotel was lovely but a little dated. Location is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A little pricey but it was worth it.

Staff were brilliant, the room well appointed and clean. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty and plenty of choice.

Wonderful hotel with a very professional staff made our stay in Krakow even better. The location is great, close to old town yet far enough from crowds and noise. The breakfast is great with very good selection and a good way to start the day of activity.

This is a very comfortable hotel. My room was spacious and had ample closet space. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items. The hotel is centrally located.

Great location, good service, clean wonderful rooms, but neighboring rooms were smoking and the hotel was filled with mostly middle easterners.

Amazing hotel and excellent location!

Great location for the market square as it’s only a 5 min walk to it. We recieved a free room upgrade on arrival and check in was fast. Very helpful staff and room was always cleaned and free bottled water each day. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Krakow.

Very close to the vibrant town centre

The hotel is in the perfect location. 5 min to old town. if you are planning to take day trips it is very easy for pick ups. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bar area is great, I would add some music for the ambiance, it could attract more people and bring more business. Night staff at the bar were wonderful, friendly. Feedback: we had fire alarm one night and had to evacuate at 12 am. I wish hotel offered complimentary breakfast or at least sent letter of apologizing for ( uncontrollable circumstances). The gossips were spreading that someone pulled alarm and was stealing …. Better explanation would decrease the anxiety of radison’s guests. Loved it, If you have any other question reach out to me.

Right on the edge of the Old Town and walking distance to the Castle. Good breakfast. Cocktails in the bar are not so great though. I asked for an Old Fashioned and they made it into a long drink which was not terrible but definitely not what was expected. Overall pretty good.

Check in was extremely easy and was allowed to check in early. Room was clean and all amenities where good.

Great location near historic centre of Krakow!!! Walking distance to most of the city attractions. Close to public transport. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of options.

A very very nice hotel. A class service. The room was large as well as the bathroom. Very very clean. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Good bar and good rooms

The hotel staff were excellent in meeting all our needs including providing assistance with arrangements for mobility, dining, extra towels. The 2 Victorias provided much appreciated assistance with transport to the airport at 3 am! Breakfasts were awesome. Hotel is perfectly located near parks, trolleys and within a short walking distance to the Old Town. Spa and sauna were excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely room but for me too warm. The aircon did cool the room a little but the fan was quite loud. I opened the window at night but that wasn’t really very useful as the church bells were ringing all night. I found the bed very firm. The breakfast was ok except that the scrambled eggs were rubbery and the baked beans were only just warm. The coffee was awful. Didn’t bother with the breakfast again. A shame as I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel.

It was ideally situated for my taste, hotel with friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, well kept lobby and a cute bar area.

Very nice hotel in a great location - staff super friendly, only disappointment was that there was no bar due to refurbishment (jan-April 2024 I believe) and the breakfast was underwhelming for 20 Euros... would advise walking to a cafe and having breakfast there. Room was large and comfortable with huge TV and great shower

LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR A TOURIST STAY. REALLY GOOD BREAKFATS TO START YOU OFF AND STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

first time at the Radisson in Krakow. When I come to Krakow, I all ways stay at one hotel, a short walk from the train station. It was her idea as she wanted a hotel with a bath tub in the room. Radisson, was farther down the side of old town, a taxi ride with our luggage, It was the best idea all week.
