Beautiful Hotel with outstanding Views

I really did great when I chose to stay at this hotel,it is the center of Fira and everything is within a walking distance.I did not have to use any taxi unless to go to oia or to a beach in the south (bus was 2 euros only and has AC). The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing !the best view of caldera from the hotel and a lot of people were coming from everywhere to take videos and photos by the hotel because of the stunning views.

Location was great to access restaurants, town of Fira, getting to the local bus stop which takes you to different points of the island and back to Fira .. Great views for pictures or just enjoying while having Breakfasts or hanging out.. staff was great and kept the towels and rooms clean daily.. Had a wonderful time!!

Overall the property was ok. But the entry door and bathroom door were squeaking a lot when closing. Although someone will help you with your languages, there are lots steps to take to go the room and back.

Great free breakfast. Rooms were not as pictured, stains on sheet and hair in shower.

This accomodation was beyond beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Not to mention the best seats in the house for watching the sunset without the crowds in the street. The breakfast was amazing too, expected that it was going to be a buffet but they bring a feast to your table! We were so sad to leave!

The views were Incredible and the location was Fantastic! The man who does a lot of the work was very grumpy! The breakfast wass lovely, but both my friend and I HAD TO EAT at the same time since we were in the same room. We also could NOT just get coffee early and then go back an hour or so later for breakfast. We had to sit together and eat!! The man was grumpy when asking for more coffee

Property is excellent all what they need is work on WiFi inside the rooms because it is not working.

Great location but the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The glass of the bathroom light in my room fell off and shattered but fortunately I was lying in bed when it happened.

This property is all about the location. Amazing views and centrally located on the caldera in Fira, while reasonably priced. However, the service and attitude we received in response to our door lock not working was unacceptable at any facility. After struggling locking and unlocking the door for two days we asked to have it looked at. Since the employee who responded was able to open it, we were chastised for complaining. When we were unable to unlock it again, we were chastised again, even though two of their employees were also unable to work the lock. They eventually had to replace the entire door, however, the rudeness of one staff member (the front desk staff were lovely) was very off-putting.

Spectacular views, excellent location, too many steps especially if you are on the lower levels but it’s worth every penny of it

My issue is that having paid a lot of money did not give me any wifi access. The only wifi access is at the reception area and that’s it. Even though my room was at the reception area, I had no wifi in the room or even outdoors on the hotel property. How pitiful is that? The rooms even through clean are dated (especially the bathroom). The breakfast was fixed in terms of what was offered on the plate. It was good nonetheless.

I honestly loved my stay. The whole place is beautiful with a thriving garden and small pool which was nice on the hot days. The view is jaw dropping. The room i stayed in had a very narrow ladder up to a loft bed which probably isn’t ideal for most people but it looks like most of the other rooms didn’t have beds like this. Luck of the draw i guess! I definitely recommend this place as a solo traveler and the staff was super helpful with booking cars, boats, etc.

Most beautiful place in the centre of Fira with lovely views and beautiful flowers in the garden. The two girls working in the receptionen was amazing and very informative. Upon arrival printed bus timetable and maps. Unfortunately the Georgian man working at the hotel carrying luggage and servinging at breakfast, was so unfriendly from the beginning to the end, to that level that I wouldnt recommend the hotel. When the reception girls was kindly assisting and answering questions at checkin he was so unpolished and showed he was upset HE had to wait, in the most unpleasant way. Same unpleasant and unfriendly attitude at every breakfast and not only to us. We tried to keep away from him as we didnt like to have any contact but it's a small hotel. The hotel had the same level of service attitude like you experienced in the eastern countries during the Soviet times, unfriendly beyond acceptable. I wouldn't recommend the place until they find service minded staff.

The room we had it was dificult to access the bedroom because we had to go up and down a steep later the staffing was ok.

great location with stunning views. Front desk ladies and cleaning ladies do a great job. Furniture including the bed is very old and the mattress is probably the oldest and worst mattress I have ever slept on. Bell boy who is also waiter at the breakfast time is rude, cranky and snaps at people (more on women guests). If you can afford to pay a lot more for a good hotel with caldera view, it's is amazing. Budget hotels with Caldera view are terrible. I would stay in a better property without caldera view next time. We spend all day looking at caldera anyways.

Hotel is right in the heart of Fira. Bus to airport & other parts of town is a short walk. Shops & restaurants are all surrounding the hotel. The views from the patio at our room were amazing. And sitting outside overlooking the caldera to have breakfast was a highlight of the hotel…breathtaking views! Only negative is that the WiFi did not work in the room, we had to go to the reception area for it to work.

We loved to stay in this hotel , it is really good place and in the best location of Fira !!! Staff is very nice, and helpful:) good breakfast. Rooms needed to be upgraded but this suggestion goes to management . Personally big thank you to Vasiliy , who’s great person, always there to help , manage and solve every thing if needed ! Thank you 🙏 definitely coming back !

One word: WOW. Stunning property and fantastic views. Welcoming and VERY helpful staff - arranged all of our transfers. Breakfast was great. We had an executive room, which was huge, with dining and seating areas. One tip: lots of stairs to access the rooms, which is normal in this setting.
