Perfect for our one night stay during the Olympics. This city hotel has everything needed.

Loved the hotel and staff. Our fridge was out and maintenance arrived the next day—still had probs— and had throw out food 😔. To the left the beach and food, the right marina and more food. And the views from our balcony simply breathtaking ❤️ who could complain!

This hotel was spacious, clean, and right in the heart of Marseille. 10 minutes walking to the left was the beach, and 10 minutes walking to the right was the port with all the dining, shopping, excursions, etc. The pool and restaurant/bar were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, as well.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Only the floor at the balcony has some wood that may need to be changed soon. The building was very clean and design was nice.

This is our fourth time staying at the hotel. Very comfortable, clean rooms and extras as requested.

The hotel was nice enough and swimming pool looked clean. The reception area was scruffy, despite queues staff were in the back room. Some other customers were given the same key to our room and we didn’t receive a proactive apology from staff. Overall the decor was tired. This could be a smart hotel but needs some TLC and staff training

If you’re a VIP don’t bother they are indifferent Rooms noisy if someone closes the door next room the whole bed shakes Bed is comfortable.

Nice hotel with spacious room and modern design. Staff are all friendly and nice. It’s a great walk to be walk to old port and other attraction.

This is one of our favorite hotels in the world, and we have stayed in all kinds. We feel it is very underrated; it's a "destination stay" for us. I especially recommend the 4th floor terrace rooms for nice views on the large well furnished balconies. The location is great and the staff extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are extremely well appointed with high quality linens and amenities one often doesn't get at a 5 star property. We can't wait to return again, hopefully next year, for our third stay here.

Had a fabulous 4 night stay here. The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is much nicer than we expected. We stayed in a standard room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. Although the brown curtains and bed throw gave it a bit of a corporate look. The public areas are excellent especially the terrace and pool areas. Lots of really comfy chairs/sofas/loungers and the pool is well stocked with towels. The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and hardworking. There was a wide range of choices for breakfast. The restaurant, like many places in France is only open for lunch and dinner. It has a small but tasty Lebanese inspired menu. My one suggestion is to please change the glasses you use for 1/2 pints of draft beer. They are terrible. The hotel is very well located. 5 minutes walk from the beaches and about 20 minutes from the old port. Great for exploring Marseille on foot. Not sure if the hotel is accessible for wheelchair users.

Check was disorganized and a lack of attention to pertinent detail. When my refrigerator did not work they argued with me that it did. Next morning I tried to boil water in the kettle and when no lights came on, I discovered that the refrigerator and kettle were disconnected from the outlet and worse, wiring was exposed!!!!!! Breakfast looked good but pancakes had been refrigerated and no was to warm them. In a happier note the dinner last night was excellent😊

I would say the most efficient person was the bellboy!!! He was fantastic

The staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel itself very pleasant but very limited for food options.. the onsite restaurant was very nice but not a great selection.Rooms nice and spacious . We were given a free vip drink voucher on the day of leaving, which should have been given day before, when we ordered the drink we were told it was only soft drinks or beer Think this should be stated at time of booking!

The breakfast is bad. Things finish and they don’t replace.

The hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. However, you could hear every noise in the hotel, unless you have the air conditioning on full blast to drown out the noise. Couldn't hear anything from outside though! The food and drinks were overpriced, €9 for houmous when it's only €4 down the hill. Not a great selection of restaurants within a 5 or 10 min walk, but there is a supermarket, and the bus to Gare St Charles is only 1 min away. Great choice of restaurants down the hill at the port, just remember the walk back up. It's a shame the sun is blocked from the pool on 2 separate occasions too, and it's all one depth. I did enjoy my stay, but I wouldn't go back.

Friendly, professional staff throughout the hotel. Full breakfast offered with many choices and excellent restaurant onsite for dinner. Easy walk to Catalan Beach and outdoor cafés.
