Hotel is not secure. Back door does not close all the way and therefore can be accessed by anyone at all hours. Room was so-so. Hotel is pet friendly and I noticed an odor.

WE NEEDED A PLACE TO RELAX FOR A BIT AND THE HOTEL FILLED THAT BILL EXCELLENTLY, ALSO WE BROUGHT OUR PET AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE US AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT FOR HIM TO STAY WITH US. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

The lady who checked us in was nice, the room was clean and it was really quiet during the night. We stayed one night and it was just what we needed. Some reviewers posted about cold showers, however, we had hot water for all our showers (4 people).

Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom and nice big TV with great choice of channels. Stayed here before and will stay here again. A bit of road noise but leaving the A/C fan running helped a lot. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient to get us on the road. Friendly front desk staff. Only complaint would be the poor lighting in the stair wells and very worn & dingy carpet on same stairs.

Good value. Comfortable beds with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast wasn't great, but the indoor pool was nice. Definitely a good value.

Service is great. The only thing that was not great was the quality of the hotel itself. They could put more effort into upgrading and making sure the property was maintained better.

Nice Area

This was a very nice hotel. The room was cleaned and the property well maintained. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but I really liked the way it was presented. The milk, although in the metal container, was still kept in a small refrigerator which kept it nice and cold along with the butter and cream cheese. biscuits were kept in a crock pot which not only kept them warm but soft. most hotels keep them in a warmer and they get hard but these were delicious. I was a little annoyed when I checked in because check in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and the room was not ready yet but the front desk clerk made me feel as comfortable as possible and handled it very well. I would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again.

My family and I had a great time @ La Quinta Inn & Suites in Florence Ky , which is a 20-45 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati depending on traffic and the time of day. The hotel’s location next to Interstate 75 is super convenient, and there are tons of shopping options and places to eat within a 5-mile radius. Overall, the hotel was good, quiet, and had plenty of parking. The only reason I didn’t give a five-star review is because our room keys didn’t work for three-quarters of our stay; we had to get a physical master key (traditional key) to open our door. Additionally, we tried upgrading our room, but there were inconsistencies with availability. The young lady with dark hair who worked on the weekdays was amazing and super duper nice, and she informed us about available rooms. However, when we asked for the upgrade but the original lady who helped us wasn’t there, a different staff member told us they were fully booked and there were no rooms available at all. The breakfast was mediocre, featuring typical powdered eggs and pork sausage links or patties with watered-down gravy as their main hot dish. We stayed there for four days, and the breakfast by was the same every day. The pool was small, but we had a good time there since we went on weekdays, so not many people were swimming. It’s important to note that traffic going north or south on Interstate 75 is horrible during the day, so plan accordingly to avoid delays. Overall, good experience there.

The pool area was a little small and could use some upgrades, but the rest of the facility was clean and up to date. The breakfast was excellent.

Hot Tub was closed was fine when we checked in then out of service every time I stay in the state of Kentucky the damn hot tubs are out of order never get a discount of free stay like u use to get hotels in the state suck!!!!

It was centrally located for visiting The Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum and pet friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

The room was really nice and clean. Unfortunately, we were on the 3rd floor. Kids were running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Doors slamming . The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Nice place but on weekends the breakfast has no yogurt nor hardly any fruit not as good as on week days I have stayed there at least 5 times but was quite disappointed that there was no yogurt and less choices for breakfast
