The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are very helpful but seem to struggle with check-in. One of the debit machines wasn't working which seemed to add to thier frustration. Still, we had an excellent stay and would stay again.

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our 2night stay here. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were quite helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The pool water was warmer than we liked (high 80's?) and they didn't have towels for us there. Overall, a very good stay for our two nights in the area.

We have been in this hotel previously and it was beautiful that is why we decided to book it again. This past time we were extremely disappointed in our stay. Big garbage bag full sitting in the hall our entire visit, our bathroom smelling like pee from the moment we walked in, garbage overflowing outside. When we went swimming both times we had to go to the front desk asking for towels, the second time we could only get 3 towels for my family of 5 because that’s all they had. The laundry basket in the pool area overflowing with dirty towels. Overall really disappointed will the cleanliness of the hotel and won’t book again

This property was a great choice for our family. The staff was very friendly, helpful and the property offered so many extras to help make our stay with 3 adults and 3 children one under two a great experience. Definitely plan to go back in the future.

We had a good experience a year an a half ago so we rebooked. This time was disappointing. We were there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. There was only one pot to cook with in the kitchenette. Although, the included breakfast was really good.

We were not happy with the room.
The room smelled like chemicals, I have asthma so we requested to switch but were declined. Don’t be fooled by that clean smell. I don’t believe that rooms are thoroughly cleaned at this property as there was a dirty towel hanging in the shower! There were also pubic hairs in the shower area!

Great location. Great breakfast included. Pet friendly for an additional cleaning fee, and a suite with full kitchette with separate bedroom... so nice. Full fridge and even a dishwasher!

Our room was pretty clean, floor was a bit sticky in spots tho, we were on the 6th floor and when you got off the elevator it smelt of a sewage smell and could smell it a bit in our room too after coming in. The breakfast was just ok.

We had a great stay at Homewood suites. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The full kitchen in our room was awesome and was equipped with everything you might need. The service was friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. The entire hotel was clean and very easy to access from the highway.

Unfortunately The Room had a stale Smoke smell ( it was smoked in by the prior customer) and the bed sheets had a strong perfume scent!!!
This is the first for me where the bed sheets smelled like perfume , as I thought all hotels would not use Scented products , unless the bedsheets were not cleaned from the prior customer. - unsettling.
The hotel did not disclose that the outside was under construction and they posted signs to close the curtains for privacy - No sunshine or natural light.
If this was known up front, I would have chosen a different hotel. I don'tt typically send feedback on hotels, but felt it was important to share.
