Easy to check in. Car parking validated by hotel which was great

Staff were great and very helpful.
3 of us stayed.
Sadly the sofa bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable so didnt sleep very well.
Would definitely look at other hotels in future that had beds rather than sofa beds.
Breakfast was as you expected for a buffet, coffee was awful even the staff didnt seem surprised when i asked if they had somewhere to tip the coffee out.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. We sat and read on the sofa in the room which was really comfortable too.

Cold cold cold stay. No heating in hotel. Heating System not working. Really disappointing.

Found parking a challenge as the post code on Waze takes you to Tesco carpark and had to phone Hotel for help.

You walk out the Hotel under cover into a shopping centre with good places to eat.

Finding car park was a bit tricky as Sat nav bit confused! Great location for Connexium Arena and Mall. Staff friendly, room very comfortable. Breakfast - one coffee machine could not cope with demand, would have liked more fruit but generally a decent breakfast.

The stay was perfect from location to the room itself.
The reason we didn’t give 5 stars throughout was due to breakfast being mildly satisfactory, granted it’s included in the price of the room, but the quality of goods seemed to lack in some areas.

Excellent location, multi storey car park on-site with easy access to the hotel reception. Clean as you would expect with Holiday Inn's.

Bed and pillows were un comfy the rest of the experience was fine but there was things missing from breakfast when I went down and didn’t have time to wait for them to come out

Being able to park next to the reception and having the parking validated to £8 is excellent. The beakfast was included and very good. They also did vegan breakfast options on request.

Pretty standard Holiday Inn. Plus side: easy parking, attached to a shopping centre, very friendly/nice staff consistently.
The air con was great. The TV was tiny, the breakfast was poor for healthy options and the room sound proofing wasn't great.

Positives: Great staff (especially the breakfast lady with the pigtails), parking literally next to hotel with an adjoining door, nice hot/cold breakfast buffet, convenient location. Negatives: Bathroom floor was in serious need of renovation as the tiles were worn/discoloured and the grout was crumbling, very small TV (about the size of an average PC monitor) is not adequate in 2024, noisy A/C fans but at least it had A/C. Overall though, I would recommend it for short stays in Hull.

The overall stay was good as far as the room and staff were concerned. Clean and spacious room, friendly & accommodating staff.
Parking was in a secure carpark, with access directly into hotel. Though charged per day.
Breakfast was included, full English, though only one type of egg, supposedly scrambles, but tasted very bland and resembled couscous. It was a truly horrible texture. There was plenty of other choices of breakfast, but as hen keepers ourselves, we love our fresh eggs every morning, so this was quite a disappointment for us.

Everything is fine especially it is in the Hull city. Nice helpful staffs and clean room. Very conviniently located next to a shopping mall. Glad we chosed this hotel.

Checked in on Saturday, no working oven, breakfast was continental and only 1 lift working. Twin the room was awful , channels was unwatchable scrambling all the time couldn’t watch the football or any channels.

Unfortunately no ovens working during our say only think you could get was scrambled egg or bake beans on toast, would love to know why they couldn't have done s continental as alternative, a selection of meats and cheese might have helped. Anyway dissatisfied

Excellent position for train station and situated right next to Hull Truck company theatre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast included.

I normally stay at the hull marina but there was no vacancies there for the saturday night. The crazy thing is the parking you can't come and go as you please as it costs you everytime you go in and out.the rooms are quite small and television to small wouldn't stay there again even though a ihg member
