Overall stay was good location was good for Cowboys game…..The hotel was clean and room was spacious but it’s definitely time for some upgrades!! I would still recommend this hotel but always ask for the highest floor because I was on the 3 floor and the folks above me had No control of their kids just let the stomp and run wild I had to call the front desk to go up to that room to get them under control.

We had to go to the local Walgreens to purchase air fresheners because the room smelled horrible when we first arrived. Also, my key card would continuously stop working which was a little frustrating.

While friendliness and kindness seem like a minimum standard, I find it more rare these days. This hotel was clean, not run down, staff was friendly, room was made daily (also less common now). Breakfast was "meh" but overall, Happy with the stay and would stay again.

If you are going to an event nearby, opt in for the shuttle. It is the best choice, financially, and Don will get you there safely. Morgan will also text you to make sure you made it back. It's not an Express, so there is no free breakfast. Loved it, though.

First room assigned didn’t have A/C installed. Then moved to a second room, that only had one table lamp and no usb port available to charge. Had to end my stay, they said they will refund the money for the night not used and never received the money back.

Elevator broken a d had to walk up and down the stairs. Staff didn't offer alternatives or provide compensation for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was not as clean as it should have been there was a beer bottle cap under the sink in bathroom, showing it hadn’t been cleaned well. There was also a stale smell in the room not sure where from. This was a short stay so I didn’t spend much time in room just to change and sleep.

I attended this hotel last year and wanted to go back. However, there was a few problems.
Theres no water fountain on the floors nor the lobby
There's one in the fitness area but there's a closing time
There's a bar as well which is available for breakfast and supper. Anytime between is closed with lock and chains.
As for breakfast, its not complimentary. I do recall paying extra for the breakfast and was never shown on the receipt. Looks like i gave them a $10 tip!
The jacuzzi was the ONLY thing worth the staying. I really hope they better.

We were in Arlington for the All Star game and activities. The property was close to Globe life Field with free trolley transportation as well as round trip transportation to the game for $20. Our room had a king sized bed, was spacious and clean. It also had a refrigerator and microwave oven. There is a restaurant on site as well as a 24 hour IHOP restaurant in the adjacent parking lot. I would stay at this location again.

The grout in the bathroom floor tiles was crumbling and flaking out with every step we took in the bathroom. The bathroom floor itself was flexing with every step. The mini fridge would not close because the top freezer was so iced over and not allowing the door to close. Had to remove the flap panel of the freezer to get it to close. The check-in and check out was easy and quick, and the staff was very friendly.
