Always receive a friendly welcome from reception and the staff. Everybody is so helpful and friendly. Room is spotlessly clean.

Very friendly. Little kitschy but we like that. Close to taxis and city centre.

It was more than satisfying stay, at a good part of city from which everything of interest is within maximum of 20 minutes walk. I was surprised that the receptionist asked me “if I am sure that I am not Gerardo (my name is Georgi)” as if I would not know my name all of a sudden, while the issue was within her looking at a different day for check-ins. Apart from that all went good- there was options for 5 euro per person for breakfast which should be skipped as the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is mediocre - one should walk to the nearest bakery for nice and tasty burek. The restaurant though had great dishes, which I enjoyed for a dinner, and they came at a normal price. Overall good experience 8/10

An elegant and traditional hotel with professional staff and central location.

We got in very late and I was very appreciative that there was front desk staff at that hour. This is a relatively small hotel. We were very happy with how clean the room was. The floor especially was clean. There was a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. That was not particularly lovely. The size of the bathroom was great. The little balcony was nice. It was a little noisy late at night. This was a little bit unsettling. One of the things we wanted was convenience to public transportation and that was great. We were also given a couple of extra hours to check out given that we had gotten in so late. The front desk staff was very amenable . They were also very helpful. This was both the late night person and the person that we checked out with when we left. The wait staff in the restaurant was also very very nice.

Hotel Europa was a beautiful stay as always. Staff are so friendly. Very close to the railway station.

During the evening you can find the best waiter in all Podgorica. His name is Boris. Really gentle and nice guy.

Convenient location next to train and bus stations. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the reception area and the hallway, but it's OK in the room (there don't seem to be any non-smoking rooms).

Cosy small hotel with an amazing restaurant downstairs

Friendly staff, good location.

Used hotel as a base to visit coastal towns and Podgorica. 2 minutes walk to bus station where I travelled to Budva and Kotor (1.5/2 hours) and costs €6/7 one way. 20 minutes walk to the busy part of Podgorica but straight forward walk. Staff were brilliant and hotel comfortable and amazing price.

Actually, everything was okay, small but nice room (even it was hot in the night but I didn't want to switch on the air conditioner), breakfast okay and the hotel very close to the central bus station. But that a chamber maid fell into my room without knocking and apologizing in the morning at 7:30 made my really upset. Never experienced a behaving like that anywhere in the world. That's why I don't choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

I like the place. The staff were helpful. But only the WiFi internet connection is not so good in our room. I hope it will be improved next time.

Check in staff were ever so friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. Nice room and nice bathroom. Hotel is literally 50 metres from the railway station.

Decent food, close to the bus station and train station. Great amenities, fantastic staff. Had something break in my room and they immediately handled everything. Would definitely recommend.

All was good for the price.

Excellent and cheap option adjacent to public transport stops. Decent restaurant attached. What counts most though is how much they helped me in a crisis. Due to covid19 lockdown Montenegro shut borders on the 16th March. Svetlana on reception contacted the airport who confirmed my worst fear that my flight home was cancelled. She reassured me that as I was registered there (by law in that country) I would have a place to stay no matter what happened.She helped me contact the UK embassy, lent me the hotel computer and her own phone, a printer to print a new ticket and called me a taxi to the border as I negotiated my way out through the Dubrovnik enclave of Croatia. I would not have made it home without her help. Sincerely, thank you Hotel Evropa. When all this is over I will stay there next time I pass through and recommend to all my friends/family.

Small room, but everything else was fine. Good service, good WiFi, good air conditioning and a nice bar downstairs.They printed me a map of the city to help me get around.

What a great little hotel. Staff was great and the hotel was so clean. Beds were great and lots of hot water. When we checked out at 5:30 am they had sandwiches for all 6 of for the road, great ham and cheese and an apples. Thanks so much for your kindness. Eould stay again if in town.

I was very messy during these 2 days in Montenegro.The staff help me so much they can let me paid the city tax in credit card and help me print the bus ticket The room is clean and very comfortable Very nice :)
