Room was clean beds were hard!! Gym needed up dating. Treadmills were on there last leg. Slow starting up and made roaring noise the entire time I was on it. Tried the other one and it was worse. No towels in the gym or cleaning supplies or sanitizer.

This hotel was horrible. The staff was great, but nothing else was. Our room was filled with thick amounts of dust and there was dust caked up within the air conditioning system. My guest and I could barely turn it on without coughing and sneezing. Because we couldn’t comfortably use the AC, we were extremely hot within the room. The room was also very humid & there were small black bugs hopping on the beds by the end of our second night. The floor in the bedroom and bathroom area did not look safe to touch our feet (even with socks on). There was a thick ring of mold around the top of the toilet basin. I really with I could get my almost $1000 back for the terrible stay I endured. Do not stay here! It was a last resort for us, but it shouldn’t be in your consideration set at all.

Very clean and quiet stay. Good location to get to either Ft. Worth or Arlington area.

Hotel offered wifi, but it was down and we were unable to use it. Hot tub was brown and gross.

The first problem was there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the hallway with a tub underneath to catch water from what looks like a roof leak. I was worried about what the condition of the room would be like being that it was right next to the leak in the hallway. The hallway and room smelled like mildew from the carpet being wet. The room was not clean at all. The carpet was wet. The tub looked like someone had just gotten out of it still water left in it. I immediately reported this to the staff. They changed me to another room on a different floor which was much better. The Wi-Fi was slow. I didn’t do breakfast at all. Overall, the hotel is a no. It smells, could be a lot cleaner, and need major updates.

The location of the hotel is convenient to many shopping and attractions in the Arlington area. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The breakfast was good as well. The only improvement to the breakfast area is the way it is set up. There isn't much room for several people at one time to get the breakfast items. This could be resolved by simply rearranging the way the breakfast is set up where the most frequent breakfast items are in a straight line versus being in a corner. I certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay there again. One note is they do not offer shuttle service to DFW airport.

The hotel or building is a bit old and the bathroom door would not close completely and it had a cover hanging loose over what looked like a light fixture that was removed. Everything else was good! Breakfast was good!

This hotel just had some cosmetic issues. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again. It was very clean, my sheets, the room and over all hotel smelled clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Free breakfast was great, huge selection to choose from.

Hotel was great. My truck and another lady’s truck were both stolen from parking lot in the middle of the week. Would definitely assume this location is a target.

Great stay. There was a large group checking in when we were, but we still got in quickly. Staff was courteous. They upgraded our room because they didn't have our room ready. It was very neat, clean and in a quiet neighborhood and quiet in the he halls. Good location and close to gas and convenient stores. A+++++

Very clean, friendly customer service and comfortable! The breakfast was great to with many options. Perfect place to stay for our family vacation.

Upon arrival at midnight, the carpet between the beds in our room was very wet. I asked to move and they only had a room with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. The lobby and hallway was not very clean either.

The staff was amazing, love how fast was check in. Some things need some attention and updates. For example the fridge in our room was a bit smelly and I think because it wont close well and wont cool the things like it should. Also I think our room does not sleep 6 like it said. We were a family of 5 but the 2 beds were only big enough for 4. The pool was good, the only thing i noticed that if you are handicapped the machine that lowers you down does not look like it worked. Overall the staff is nice but I think it needs some updates and be more cleaner.

I have this property a 3 since I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to check in because they checked in someone under my reservation which wasn’t the inconvenience but the staff took way to long checking me in after a long drive an extra 45 minutes to check in wasn’t cool . They had front trash the was overflowing for days without being emptied by staff . Rooms were very clean and food was great.

The bed was little too high for me. I am 5'1" and a senior citizen and I struggled to get into bed.

The property was close to shopping and eating, it was also close to the zoo. The breakfast options were basic and edible, not great. The room was clean, but numerous things were broken in it or needing repair. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay.

Bad area, homeless people everywhere. Hotel in bad condition. Dirty, obviously deals with a lot of theft. Microwave stolen out of one of the rooms, anti-theft device on tv. I don't understand how this had a good rating. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice, my issues are strictly with the hotel. Not worth the money being charged.

The staff were pleasant at check-in The fitness center was good The breakfast was ok, some hot foot, some cold food, waffles, etc. The water pressure in shower was great, the bed was comfortable enough. The quality of the finish of the rooms was poor. The ceiling in the bathroom had bits of painter's tape, different colored paint, messy edges, gaps/lines/screw holes near where fixtures might've been in the past. The paint on the ceiling in bedroom had areas where the paint color was a couple of shades different than the rest. I know people local to the area and they said the hotel was 'on hold' for a while when COVID started, and then finished sometime later - seems like the finishing contractors were different, and were operating on the fast/cheap side of the fast/cheap/good triangle. I'm not sure I'd stay here again - heard the Comfort Inn was nicer.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable . Liked the sofa to watch tv and converse. The shower was awful. The pressure to the tub was great but the shower was clamped down so much it barely fell out of the shower head. The offset was the breakfast was very good.

The rooms were poorly taken care of, did not feel clean and need to be upgraded. Furniture was dirty as well as walls. Won’t stay here again.
