The Hotel is outdated and dirty. Not the quality of a Hyatt hotel.

We evacuated for Hurricane Milton. This was a great place to go. Clean and just what we needed. The price was great, breakfast was very good, and they allowed dogs. It was very safe for hunkering down for the hurricane. We did not lose power and that was remarkable. The workout room was nice.

Place was a dump and management (hotel and district manager) unresponsive and lack basic customer service skills.

this hotel is not hyatt quality property .worn out , no amenities ,bar didnt have ice , half items on bar food menu where not available .

The property was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Every time we went to the pool, we went to get towels from the lobby, and they never asked questions or nothing, we told them it was for the pool and they gave us towels no problem. I will definitely stay there again, and recommend to everyone.

The room and property were great. However, we paid extra to have a balcony overlooking the water, but there was a huge umbrella canopy thing directly in front of our balcony blocking our entire view. It should have been listed as “partial” view at best.

The front desk staff was outstanding! All shifts were polite, courteous & helpful. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel and will be a beautiful placebto stay with great staff once completed.

For too many years, we’ve been choosing Hyatt hotel because We never have any issues with them. I love the cleaners. I love the bed, especially. The Personal are very professional. I recommend this hotel because everything is very convenient. I travel with my family. We are six people, and we fix perfectly fine and those rooms.

Me and my family had a number of issues with our stay.
Refrigerator was broken no microwave to heat food up have to walk all the way to the lobby to use.
Horrible bed pillow's
No room service done on days there at the hotel.
Smelly carpet in the lobby.
Broken ice machine had to go down 1 floor to get ice.
Wouldn’t recommend friends or family to stay at this hotel.

Overall, this place was decent. Carpets are old like what everyone said especially in hallways. Breakfast is decent, and pretty standard (eggs, bread, bagels, hash brown, fruit). This hotel is about 8-10 minute drive to downtown Ft. Myers, close to 75 (North and South). They charged $45 per room for any issue later which I have never paid anywhere when I stayed at Hyatt. Let’s see if I get my refund back.

I was on the first floor and could not sleep. The room was noisy all night. I did not realize this problem until I was already in bed and it was too late to ask to move rooms. I checked out at 7 am and there was no one at the front desk. There was a complimentary breakfast that made me sick. This was not a good experience at all.

Property was okey need up grades with todays technology example have usb plug in around they waiting areas or even the breafest tables were you can plug in for wireless devices. Breakfest should start at least 630am on the weekends theres alot of players in baseball leagues that have to be at the parks at 715am no way to enjoy that part most places start at 6am

The pics and ratings were WAY off for this property. The hotel looks nice at a glance curbside and the lobby looks nice but once we got to the 3rd floor hall we were hit with odor, torn carpets everywhere and the room was no different. Stains all over the carpet and the couch plus torn carpet. The bathroom was dark and dingy. The grout in the shower was gross. Would never stay here.
