Great location, enjoyed our stay.

I find it hard to call this a 5-star hotel. It feels old, the furniture is heavy and outdated, one of two elevators wasn't working throughout our stay (causing long waits for the other elevator), and most importantly - service is far from being at a 5-star level. The guy who checked us in was very grumpy and unfriendly, and on another night - the lady at the reception kept us waiting for over 5 minutes while having a casual chitchat with a friend. (there were, however, very nice receptionists at other times).
It's important to be aware of the high hidden fees at this hotel. It advertises competitive prices, but only when you check in, you realize that they charge 80 zloty (20$) as a daily parking fee, while most other parking lots in the city charge only 20-30 zloty per day. With such an extra 15-20% to the room price, their prices are not that competitive any more...

Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond.
Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning.
Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint.

In a very quiet street and just a 5 minute walk from main market.

Welcoming staff and lovely large room. However not many places to really sit in the lobby that were cosy and not at a breakfast table. The pillows were very very uncomfortable and the room was extremely hot. We had both windows open all night in December even though heating was off room still stayed at 25 degree Celsius.

Zakopane is a huge tourist area now and hotels are tucked into every corner. Hotel Rysy is an amazing art deco decorated hotel on a very tiny side street. But easy walking to the main action. Pricy but tasty breakfast. Great room. Parking is a challenge and on-site parking was approximately $20 US per day. Enjoyed our stay.

New hotel with rooms alike as in Las Vegas. Mirrors over the bed looks terrible.

This not 5 star hotel, poor service, no gym, no swimingpool , poor jackuzi and one sauna must pay 100 pln after 18:00 !!! poor quality of food , only rooms are ok but bathroom very small without hook to hang towels etc.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All facilities were in excellent condition and bery clean. Location is great. I missed the information that praking was not free but that is an obersight on my part (parking everywhere in Zakopane is hard).

A good location, only a short walk to the centre of town. I arrived on a motorcycle and asked where I could park it as cars were taking all spaces, I was informed i could park in the small underground garage. Next morning was charged 40 zlote. Also they wanted 80 zlote,, £16 approx for breakfast which I declined.

Excellent location and professional friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant onsite, although everybody likes to go to nearby restaurants. Modern amenities, excellent views. Hotel is located on quiet street two blocks from Krupowki, or main tourist magnet. Many hiking trails can be reached on foot.

I really liked the balcony in our room. It was very spacious and private at the same time, and the view was beautiful.

This Hotel is pretty nice. The Location near the citycentre with all the Restaurants and Shops is awesome. The busstation to all near destinations is only one Street away.
The breakfast was pretty nice and the staff is very caring and thoughtful.
The SPA is kinda disappointing: only 1 Whirlpool und one Sauna is a little small for all guests. All in all i would Book again.

Great hotel located in heart of Zakopane but far enough so it’s quiet. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast that is included was awesome. Fresh made eggs any way you like, bacon and lots of other items. Room only had 1 pillow but just asked and got another. Would highly recommend

Hotel was ok. Unfortunately innerspring mattress. Bath looks nice but very slippery. Also the sauna area.

Cannot be advertised as a five star hotel. Maybe a good three star. Well located. Clean and staff pleasant. Rooms big but standard of beds, mattresses and bedding not up to scratch. Breakfast ok but not near a five star standard. Hotels.com need to work on verifying their grading requirements for hotels on their site.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the main shops, restaurants and other amenities. Our room had a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, truly wonderful.

The hotel is clean, quiet and conveniently located for restaurants etc. The staff are pleasant and the breakfasts very good. However, our room looked like it needed up-dating, the timberwork on the balcony hadn't seen a coat of varnish for quite some time, the bed was less than comfortable (we ended up borrowing an extra duvet to put on top of the mattress). We also had to point out a large crack in our sink (which they were unable to replace until after we had left). All of this I would have shrugged off in a budget hotel but not in a hotel claiming to be five star and which had come at a five star price.

I stayed here for 3 nights, it is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel. The staff are attentive and very kind, they offered good advice and tips. The Buffet breakfast is also very good (I recommend the scrambled eggs!).

I am still wondering if the rate applied was appropriate for thishotel and the services supplied.I insisted to jave my luggage collected from the outside.On leaving no one Helped me.the new year’s dinner was a a normal dinner but it cost 85 euro.I may go on .,,,,

This lovely and quiet hotel is a close walk to Krupowki Street.Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good size patio/balcony. Heated bathroom floor was a great feature. Marvelous breakfast and very polite and attentive personnel.Would definitely stay again.

Great experience, great staff, very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Next time I will be in Zakopane, I will definately stay there.

The staff, reception, restaurant and housekeeping are above expectation. The food was Excellent. The suite 305 was very clean and spacious with very nice balcony and views. The location is very good with supermarket 2 minutes away and Zakopane pedestrian street is 4 minutes away. Overall, an excellent experience.
