Absolutely LOVED this is resort. The cleanest and friendliest one ive ever been to. You could tell they really took their time cleaning. They were very helpful with any questions. Conveniently located on the beach and very relaxing. Made my spouse and I feel comfortable. Beautiful aesthetic as well. Definitely would go back.

Great stay! Everything was perfectly organized for a comfy relaxing stay. We had great food, great drinks, great service, and every staff was incredibly friendly.

Wow. What an incredible establishment! Money well spent indeed. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated to amazing service. I’m certain that you will not find a hotel providing a level of service like that in Crete. The staff ensured we felt like home and were friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Manos and Anna (Pool Bar) who really went the extra mile to brighten our days and make our stay even more pleasant. Service aside, the views are breath taking. Whether it was day or night, the views from the main/pool/blue bar overlooking infinity pool, sea, sunset and sunrise seemed so unreal. To top it off, the views of planes landing just a few miles away to the local airport was fascinating. The buffet food was amazing but the A La Carte took fine dining to a whole new level - we would highly recommend. The massage as also fantastic. My partner are 26 and 27 from the UK but sometimes felt like the the bar staff felt a bit patronised serving us and we slightly felt their “coldness”, there was also sometimes an issue with the language barrier with the staff serving drinks to the table. Nonetheless, this didn’t hamper our trip in anyway nor should it to anyone else planning to go. A solid 9.8/10 trip - see you again next year! P.S I’d also recommend checking out the Peskesi restaurant next door too as a bonus.

The resort is absolutely gorgeus and cleanliless is another level! We stayed there for our honeymoon for one week in beginning of June. The atmosphere is very calm at all times, even the hotel was nearly full. No rush times anywere, anytime. Staff are very friendly and professional and attention to details very good. Overall appearance and cleanliness is imaculate. F&B quality is also very very good. Lot of variation. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and they had everything for me to be able to indulge. Spa very relaxing and also housekeeping staff are very polite and you don't hear them around early hours of the morning at all. This has also been taking into account there. Super impressed and absolutely nothing to fault, not a single thing. High recommendation and my husband and I will definately visit this resort again!

What a surprise! The place is completely gorgeous and staff is always ready to help you in any way, even providing recommendations of good places for sight-seeing! I felt really spoiled the whole time, I’ll definitely come back!

Amazing hotel decor and view. Rooms were done to a high standard. The la a carte was very good but would say the buffet was average. All inclusive drinks were good but service was slow, we put this down to it being the opening week.

We had a room with the semi-private pool whitch was fabolous. All incluseive foods were very good, especially the gyros variations. We didnt like the drinks, neither soft or alcohol drinks.

A major asset of the hotel is the staff 💕 professional, polite, amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, this fact makes a huge difference to your holiday experience. Everything was perfect. Good food and perfect view. Close to the airport. Clean and sandy beach.

Good is really Great, and The clams are The most delicate I have eaten! Beverage like red Wine was no good and lack of real orange juice at breakfast is a loss. White wine and The beer is okey. Beach and pool bar area is very good. Over all a Great place where all guests seems to be German!

We've stayed for only one night. The reception day staff is fanstastic. We left early at 6:20am in the morning so they offered us early breakfast. The offer is sweet but this is an area they could make an improvement. The so-called breakfast are two plates, each have few cookies, 2 pieces of old, stale bread wrapped with handy plastic wrap in a very sloppy way.

This place was amazing So close to Heraklion but like a million miles from a city All inclusive was great We had so much fun just lazing by the pool all day sipping on some cocktails Rooms and whole atmosphere was so special The staff were wonderful

The Minoa Palace is not whatvibexpectwd in Greece. This is a 5 star all in inclusive. Great beach, pool, food and entertainment.

Customer service was.top notch. They were able to upgrade us the swim up room. Food was good too. My only criticism would be the not so cool room. Ac wasnt the best

Although the trip to the hotel went through some questionable areas, the hotel grounds are well maintained and very comfortable. Once checked in, we found our rooms and bed very comfortable. I woke early the next morning to find a gorgeous panoramic beach view with a very serene atmosphere. The meals are buffet style, but very well made and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. I strongly advise staying here if you ave the opportunity.

Located on the beach with infinity pool and lots of sunbeds on the beach and by the pool. Close to the airport but not a problem with aircraft, which was perfect. Arrived just in time to enjoy a good buffet in the beachfront taverna. Great breakfast and really friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The property is decent so for the price, I think its a good value. However, the walls are thin and it can be noisy at night in the halls or outside so it was hard for me to sleep. The spa is a joke, but its nice that they have lots of loungers by the pool and the ocean which was convenient. Also, there are 2 markets just a couple minutes walk away if you need to buy any snacks or souvenirs and it also has an atm. I just needed a place to stay for a few nights befor my flight out of Heraklion so this hotel served me well.

The hotel was beautiful, the pool and beach fantastic. The food very good and one night we were there there was a Crete night and the music and dancing unforgettable.

Planned overnight stop, ideal location just 2 minutes off the national road first exit from airport. Journey time from airport less than 10 minutes. Although the hotel restaurant closed at 9.30pm the hotel staff directed us to the local taverna on the beach were we enjoyed a simple supper and cold beer/wine. We had a good breakfast set us up for long drive ahead. Staff very pleasant whole stay suited are requirements.

We had 3 days here while travelling around the island, it is a good basic 3* all inclusive with a village theme. Gardens are beautiful, cleaning staff are amazing it is emaculate. staff generally very helpful. limited entertainment/wifi. Nice rooms and balcony. lovely pool but very deep.

We liked the Greek dancing performance. Receptionist Maria was very sweet. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Room was very small and not comfortable. The hotel is built near the Heraklion airport and there are constant airplane landings, that make a lot of noise and pollution.

But it was clean, the buffet food was varied & there were plenty facilities - gym, pool, beach, several bars, little shop.

Terrible hotel...very little or no wifi on the second floor...room facing a concreate terrace with a spot of sea...I booked the hotel 6 months ago and when I asked the staff if we could move to another room they said the hotel was full and it was not possible... Also when I booked the hotel Expedia was saying that no payment is required until checking in and that my card details were only needed for the booking, only to find out that the hotel took from my card 50% of the overall payment without my consent before we even got there. Terrible terrible experience I could recommend a much better hotel for the same money!!
