It is quiet and clean. There is a nice restaurant at ground floor.

The Hotel was just remarkable...so close to Perth City. There's also a great cafe/restaurant below the accommodation. Staff at the Riverview were so helpful and lovely. I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful Hotel!

Clean and comfortable room, walk to edge of CBD in around 10 minutes over footbridge. Restaurant appeared to be closed in the evening, so another walk to limited eateries on edge of CBD which wasn't ideal after a long day's sightseeing. Lots of rooms so odd it was closed.

Located above one of the best breakfast spots in the area sonits a plus. Location is walkable to main cbd area and has parking lots available too.

We liked the architecture and history of the hotel. We thought the heating was inadequate during cold nights. However we enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Riverview is perfectly located to the city. We had a hire vehicle but just walked wherever we wanted; city eateries, supermarket, Kings Park, etc. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is VERY good at what it does, ie; provides excellent facilities for the price. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Riverview and will continue to use this hotel on our return to Perth.

This is a very comfortable boutique hotel. The restaurant is average, with a poor selection and some staff who don't listen very well, but popular nonetheless. I'd definitely go back if the need were to arise, but I'd eat elsewhere..

It is a lovely place to stay. I would like to share re: the bathroom, the floor in the shower areas is extremely slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen, especially for the elderly. There must be more safety measures, e.g. a sticj on mat to prevent fall. I would have also liked a handheld shower head and line, instead of a fixed one and a bidget. As for the kitchen and bed, all is good, there should be a stand to enable out suit cases to be propped up and not lay our case on the ground and finally, a workspace with a car would be good, so that our computer can be laid out. Thanks.

Good hotel with reasonable price and good locations to Perth downtown. Got free parking, recommended for family stay. Hotel gave extra bed room without additional charge. Happy about it.

This hotel was perfect for my 4 day stay! Enough room and a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day of walking! Would definitely come again!

A convenient hotel in a quiet street walkable from downtown. Lobby, restaurant and bar were nice. Rooms s little small and old, need some tlc. Bathroom is very small, and some seniors with knee problems would struggle!

enjoyed our stay ,however our room was at the back car park area and we had 3 nights of very loud music which went on until 6am.

Very good location easy to walk into the city. The receptionist was great and very helpful. The room was large and comfortable all amenities were on site even a restaurant if you could not walk to the city Parking is dinky but we never missed out on a spot. Wait for the gate to open fully or you will regret it

Our bath tub was clogged so the water couldn’t go down the sink. On the plus side it turned our bathroom into a bath tub, which the apartment would not have otherwise. The bathroom door appears to be a fire door which won’t stay open, even when held open by a case of Margaret River wine. As you enjoy your makeshift bath, the smells of cooking fish waft in from the apartment next door, creating a lovely fishy perfume for the remainder of your stay. Charming, if you are into that sort of thing.

easy access from airport via train or take two buses that ends at mount street. great to have cooking facilities and a bistro as well.

Lovely location, close to city and the Botanical gardens. Great restaurant attached to the property. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Room was good and had all the conveniences. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was it was a bit noisy early in the morning with what sounded like some work in the room above and doors slamming, etc. Other than that I had a very good stay for 10 days.

Was value for money, spacious, well furnished with appliances in the room and had parking on site with instructions provided by the hotel. Staff was helpful in retrieving an item we left in the room. The taps creaked when used but otherwise everything else was good.

I really like staying here- second time around. The only suggestions I have is the rooms need better lighting. A fair bit of the interior is painted black and the lighting struggles. good if you like living in a cave but no bright desk lamp for example makes business travel less pleasant. Only a minor issue as the rest is great.

The toilet did not always stop running you had to tap the flusher to get it to stop.

Very helpful reception staff, recommended several good locations and restaurants to visit. Facilities cleaned regularly. Would stay again.

Fantastic and close to everything!

Spacious roims, we also had a balcony. Easy walk into Perth and a lovely cafe downstairs which i would recommend for breakfast it does get busy so book a table. Smoking is allowed on balcony and next door were smoking a lot. Meant it was not very nice being outside at the same time and even when they were not smoking we had an 'old ashtray'smell on our balcony and in our room. The room was a bit tired, carpet threadbare and some furniture on its last legs

Excellent place to stay for leisure/business and all that in between. The staff are friendly and supportive no matter what the circumstances. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again in near future. Close to all amenities including a restaurant conveniently downstairs at a great breakfast bar and dinner. Special mentions to Christine, Eric and the reception staff would make my stay safe and well supported given difficult circumstances.

The place was very convenient, clean, safe and accessible to walk to the center or the big park. Great staff and easy after hours check-in, etc.
