When we arrived our room was noticeably cold so we tried to turn up the heat, we went and had dinner and then we returned it was still COLD. Told the front desk and they said they would switch us into another room. That took 4.5 hours. The front desk staff seemed to have a problem communicating so that didn’t help.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this ‘airport’ hotel was. Clean, modern with bar/ restaurant, fitness centre - basically everything you could want. And price was super reasonable!

The hotel was reasonably priced and severed our needs well. We enjoyed the complementary beverage. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Shuttle service was very good, on time and efficient. Excellent hotel for those travelers needing an overnight stay before or between flights.

Front desk people so accommodating and welcoming.
Restaurant excellent. We had 9 for supper and all enjoyed.
We booked a room with steam shower which is always good.
Pool also a hit with the kids.
Room has nespresso coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge.
Free shuttle to the airport as well.

I loved everything about this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. We had two queen beds and the space just felt nice and roomy. I couldn't stop saying, "I love this room!" I loved that there was a restaurant and and snack bar in the lobby area. The decor was very pleasing as well and it's always nice to have shuttle service that is prompt and dependable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back!

Charging 14.70 for a shuttle to the airport when it’s no on the hour is a complete lie and money grab..i stay at other hotels in The area and have NEVER been told of this charge to get in to the airport. I asked the front desk and she ignored me..I asked again..I was handed my payment receipt and dismissed.

Lady at check-in was very friendly. Called to let us know of our complimentary drinks. Room was clean and comfortable. Service at the bar was awkward and uncomfortable when taking advantage of our complimentary drinks. We let and got dinner elsewhere.

I was there for just a couple of nights and it met expectations.The location is a bit inconvenient to get in/out of and there isn't much around other than the restaurants in the various hotels including this one. The rooms are comfortable though and in good condition. (This used to be a Wyndham property.)

The hotel staff and room were great. The restaurant staff need help. Both dinner and breakfast took forever, mostly from the lack of service. The waitperson was very inefficient in the way she worked the floor which contributed to the slowness of the service.

I accidentally left a few items in the room at checkout including my passport. There was no other possible place that they could have been. Called the hotel twice and the last time I asked if they could please go to the room to check it for my lost clothing items and passport. They returned a call saying they had spoken to the housekeeping personal and that no items were turned in. Very disappointed that they didn’t do a repeat check. Have stayed here before and always had good service.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Robe were great to have to wear to pool. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows not so much. Had dinner and enjoyed Happy Hour as well as breakfast at the restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

I find this an excellent hotel when visiting my Calgary family for a few days. I'd like to see liquid milk on the coffeebar and the option of a hand held shower but otherwise everything was perfect - terrific bed and pillows, enough light, good TV selections.
