Great option in the heart of Lisbon.

Hotel staff was excellent. They were very helpful. Location was great. Beautiful room. Complimentary coffee and bottled water in the room. They brought by a decorative bar of soap nightly. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location, the staff was extremely friendly, competent and prompt. There was an issue with a National Train strike during our stay, and they volunteered to help us work through the issue. The comfort of the room was excellent. Would love to return!

This was both a wonderful location within Lisbon and a beautiful building and hotel in itself. The staff was unbelievably, friendly, nice, helpful and attentive. The amenities offered were nice (laundry was done before expected, having a local cell phone as supplied was very very handy, we do not speak Portuguese so staff were more than happy to place a few enquiry calls for us)... Staff were very knowledgeable about the city and always happy and smiling.We made use of the restaurant several times for both breakfast and dinner and dessert. We especially loved the opportunity to sit outside al fresco on the lovely square. We appreciated the little thoughtful extras like porto and Portuguese tarts brought to our room. Couldn't believe our luck in picking this location as it was walkable to SO much of our travel / sightseeing list and the ATM we preferred and also places to eat or get coffee. Have already recommended this hotel to friends and when returning to Lisbon would definitely stay there again!

It's a handsome, somewhat old-school hotel. Staff was outstanding. You should be aware that there's no refrigerator in the room (at least the one I stayed in). Be aware as well that it's located in the heart of the tourist zone, which has its pluses and minuses.

This was an awesome hotel - great location, a bit away from the busy bustling noisy streets. Nice walks to & from attractions, shopping & dining. I can not say enough about the staff - very warm, welcoming, courteous, helpful, professional. We were treated to chocolate goodies on our 1st night and a parting gift on our last night. Spacious & comfortable room.air conditioning worked great (not always the case with some hotels in Europe). The restaurant Delfina was also great. The breakfast was great option - you can request for cooked eggs, bacon, omelette. We would definitely choose this hotel if we go back to Lisbon. Truly a gem.

A wonderful boutique hotel centrally located with easy access to the metro and trains. Spacious room with all the amenities and bottled water daily which was perfect when arrived back from the warm temperature outside. Thoughtfull welcome and thank you gifts. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel in a nice, convienent location

Great place to stay

I changed to this hotel, as the original one I was staying in had a lot of construction work being carried out nearby and so was very noisy. The AlmaLusa was perfect, so convenient but tucked away slightly. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient city hotel with character. The restaurant is excellent too.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff was accommodating and the chocolate cake delivered the first evening was a wonderful touch!!! A couple of robes would have been my only request!

Excellent customer service !

Decided to rebook after our first night stay in Portugal. The hotel is clean and quiet and is close to a lot of the spots we had on our list. The staff goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you are a welcomed guest. 10/10 🌟

Our stay at AlmaLusa was wonderful. A full-service stay where they thought of everything. Although the room was on the small side, they managed to fit everything into a compact space. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant very convenient.

I loved every minute of my stay at AlmaLusa. Juliana and Manuel at reception were exceptional; the buffet breakfast was amazing ( I can't recall the name of the server but he was so attentive). The location of Alma Lusa was perfect and I loved the ambiance of the hotel. Manager, Luisa, was also very welcoming. I will definitely be back at this hotel sooner. I highly recommend AlmaLusa to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Lisbon. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful scenery. Located right on a square. Within walking distance there are plenty of attractions but it feels very quiet at the hotel. The hotel is a quintessential boutique hotel. The building seems to be some historic building. If you take stairs you can see the worn down stone stairs. The hotel ground is small but cozy and clean. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Almalusa is an excellent modernisation of an old building. The service provided is of a very high standard. Rooms are comfortable and immaculately presented. The In-house Delfina restaurant serves great meals and fabulous cocktails. Its location in the centre of the lower city centre is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had a very pleasant stay at AlmaLusa. The staff were all very welcoming and our group is very pleased with the professionalism with the staff. The hotel was very clean and they even gave me a bar of soap as a gift which was really nice. The recommendations the staff gave were also amazing, they really know how to make their guests happy. I am beyond happy with my stay here and it made my stay in Lisbon great. Next time I come back to Lisbon I will definitely book another stay here. Thank you to the staff at this hotel for making our stay great! Can't wait to go back to Lisbon!
