I stay here again just like the last review I feel that this room was way more clean. We had a strip view. You could see the tower terror. Well, excuse me guardians of the Galaxy now perfect. I’ll stay here again. I love the atmosphere and the staff as well.

I love the experience hotel is very clean right right down the street from Disney even when I had to go to Knotts I would love to stay here again. It was very nice, especially when the dodger game was going on. The staff was very entertaining and very well as well.

Horrible shower didn’t work or the phone when I went to complain there was nothing they could do told me to call Monday and complain to the manager. I stay here every year for universal Halloween horror night and it was the worst I will not be staying here again in the future.

Great stay for my family (2 children & 2 adults). Our room had a fun bunk bed for the kids and a room divider for privacy. We also requested a pack-n-play for our 14 month old, which they gladly provided and delivered to our room. We appreciated the view on our 3rd floor where you could see fireworks from Disneyland. The free breakfast was great in the morning and the staff was excellent in their hospitality. Parking fee seemed a little high and I wish parking was included with the accommodations but it is an additional fee. Great location and within walking distance to downtown Disney and the parks. We would definitely consider this hotel again for a future stay.

Nice large clean rooms walking distance to Disney. The "free" breakfast is ok low quality items and no variety day to day gets old fast.

Our room was never cleaned after 4 nights. I had to call for clean towels and told them we hadn't received cleaning services after 3 nights. When we returned the last night we were they we had ants in the bathroom. My husband spoke to someone at the front desk and the manager regarding the cleaning and ants. They offered to change our room and that was it.

The room was ok. I found a dead cockroach and found some personal items from a previous customer. It is conveniently located to Disneyland but there’s no shuttle available. You also get charged for parking even if you don’t use the garage. I guess you have to park in another location. I was not told about the parking until check out and they said that the security deposit was going towards the parking $105 for 3 days. I thought it was ridiculous since I am already staying there why pay parking. The breakfast was good and the room itself is ok.

Our suite was fabulous! It fit all six of us perfectly and the mini kitchen was great. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I loved the proximity to Disneyland too.

We are travelling with kids, we find it safe and the staff is very welcoming. Debbie from the front desk is very warm. And Myrna and Ana from breakfast area. The room is clean and big. We’ll be staying here again.

I typically enjoy stays at the Hyatt House. On the upside breakfast was better than average for hotel provided, and there was a limited-service bar/restaurant with a large lobby / conversation area. The issues which are more important to me are ability to sleep, housekeeping, and service. I asked housekeeping to come back on the 1st day of my stay due to a phone conference I was on, and apparently that meant not come back until the end of the 4 days stay, despite asking for housekeeping and trash removal. The hotel carries sound well, so most night the floor above me had stomping and dropping to the point I shot out of bed it was so loud at least once. I did call the front desk and while they were sympathetic, they were unable to resolve the issue, and I slept very poorly. On top of that I was informed upon check in that the room we had to pay nearly $800 PER NIGHT for due to a conference in the area was in a "self-service" hotel. Which meant there was no bell-hop or valet support, no room service, essentially no services. In addition to all that and the insanely high rate, the hotel was under going renovations which limited access and entry points to the pool and fitness area. I understand Hotel increase rates during high demand, but that does not excuse them from providing value. I didn't get clean towels, a made bed .. nothing through my stay to warrant anything close to the price that I had to pay for this room.

Liked how close it was to the parks but they had quite a bit of maintenance issues which included the hallway return HVAC vent leaking water from ceiling outside our door. Second day of stay the water was shut off for most of the day so showering after a long day in the parks wasn’t possible. Breakfast was alright. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

Great walking access to Disneyland and freeways to access other locations. Excellent staff and housekeeping - very friendly. Good breakfast, but could do with a changing day-to-day variety of hot food. Not so comfortable sofa bed, especially for older teenagers or adults, but beds were very comfortable. Very much a worthwhile hotel.

Cleaning was not every day. Parking is not free and is very expensive.

Well, the room that I got was not what I reserved through Expedia. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 queen bed and a child bunk. The furniture is old and needs replacing. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut. The cabinet with the fridge in it was rocking every time it's opened. The furniture looked very old. Then the carpet, the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed the entire stay. Housekeeping is every other day by request. Other than that the lobby area was really nice and clean. Free breakfast was decent and they have a full bar in the lobby. The desk staff were really nice and helpful.

Ticked all the boxes - decent rooms and breakfast. Friendly staff and good parking. Good location etc. It was pretty good value for money. Rooms a little bit dated but we got bunk beds for the kids in a little room of their own which they loved. Self service washer dryers a major plus. Really nice pool. Great breakfast included. The main thing that let the place down was the awful bar food we got one evening which really tasted terrible.
